Solid comfortable smooth ride

I have the 2021 XSE Nightshade edition. Runs super smooth and great for long trips. Bought it new and have had no issues only compliments from other Toyota owners. This car will probably outlast me. Gas mileage is awesome. Less power but that’s what you sacrifice when getting the hybrid so it’s worth the trade off.

Best car I've ever owned.

Best car I've ever owned. Drives and handles beautifully, ride is spectacular. Interior wonderfully comfortable. Mileage great, I'm averaging about 42mpg. My only wish would be for a little better acceleration. Adequate certainly, but against the gas version, somewhat weaker. For the money, I don't believe you can find a better luxury sedan.

Very stiff seats

After quite a bit of research I was pretty much ready to make the 2021 Avalon Hybrid my next car. Taking a test drive changed my mind. After about a 10-15 minute test drive my wife complained of her back getting sore. I will have to admit that I also thought the seats needed more padding. I guess the seats in my Chrysler 300's that I have driven for the last 10 years or so have me spoiled.

2021 Avalon Limited Hybrid

This is my third Avalon. I paid $1,200 & tax more and purchased the Hybrid for the 43 MPG City & Highway. Very disappointed I am getting 30% less.fuel mileage. My dealer told me the car is fine, the 43 MPG is an estimated number and the mileage is less during winter. I didn’t pay $1,200 more for an estimated MPG and the heated steering wheel and auto start lowers the MPG by 30%? We will see that happens in the spring

My second Avalon

Liked my 2018 Avalon Hybrid and the new one gets 2 or 3 more miles per gallon as advertised. All of the interior gauges and displays are very helpful with loads of information.

A beautiful luxury sedan at half the price

I do not care for the current style of huge wide front grills in most cars, but one is stuck with the "latest sale" if you need to buy a new car. Other than the ridiculously wide grill, it is a beautiful, comfortable and wonderful sedan and gets fantastic gas mileage.
