2017 Toyota Camry consumer reviews

This is my third Camry, and I love it! Well-maintained and well prepared for me as the new owner. Looking forward to putting my very own miles on this car.

when 2015 body style came in to usa they were built in japan with quality comfort ride and price... than americans picked up the design left the price but used cheap plastic chip parts where everything rattles u hear noisecand cheap plastic

This car meets all of my needs. From storage to getting places I want to go, it takes me there quickly becuz of it 3.0 litre v6.

The vehicle is greatbrunning and very roomy. It has all the extras that make my everyday commute more enjoyable such as blue tooth. Which me allows to listen to my Pandora music from my phone.

Bought our 3rd Camry last night. What a car. Everything about it just keeps getting better and better. My wife’s hybrid is absolutely amazing but they are hard to find these days. The all gas version gets 30+ mpg and is a smooth and quiet ride. No better car in my humble opinion.

I bought this 2017 Camry SE with very low mileage. I had traded my 2013 Avalon as part of the deal. The car is tight in steering and suspension, but not uncomfortably so. Acceleration from the 4 cyl engine is good. Controls are easy to reach, easy to use. Paired my android phone in 2 minutes. Noise level is low except on concrete roads. I think it was a wise ourchase and I have enjoyed all of my past Toyotas, including a Highlander, Camry LXE, Avalon LXE, Corolla GTS, and Corolla sedan.

The Camry XLE is an excellent choice for a roomy family sedan with a bit of luxury which has plenty of power for a 4 cylinder engine considering its size. The interior is well designed and roomy but the drivers seat is mediocre, having limited adjustabilty for position and padding for comfort. I think all seating should be comfortable, but should be even more so in an upgraded trim lines like the XLE. I find my JBL Premium sound system to have lackluster sound at lower listening levels. No matter how I adjust the built in equalizer, there is little to no improvement. If you drive around with the volume cranked high, it can generate decent stereo effect but on normal listening volume, it sounds like an old-time transistor radio. Strangely, while playing CDs or while in XM mode, the audio gets a little better but listening to plain old AM/FM it is woefully tinny. (Plenty of complaints online related to this stereo system). All in all, I find my Camry XLE to be a decent, reasonably priced, reliable, good looking car but the minimal seat comfort on long drives and anemic sounding stereo system would be a deal breaker for me if I had it to do over again. I would have given a rating of "Excellent" if it weren't for the couple of shortcomings that I mentioned. Some might say I am being hyper critical, but I equate it to trying to enjoy your daily jog while ignoring the pebble in your shoe.

2017 Camry LE lease return vehicle with 36K miles. Solid vehicle mechanically and will no doubt provide provide years of trouble free performance. Bought the vehicle for my son and for college in the upcoming year and it will serve him well. Fuel economy has been 36mpg with balanced highway and city driving. Very satisfied so far with first impressions.

This is the first Toyota I have purchased this vehicle meets my needs, it's comfortable, reliable, affordable and appealing. I am thrilled to own a Toyota.

Very nice car. Plenty of room inside. I purchased this car new and opted for the sunroof/navigation pkg. Very reliable and very peppy for a 4cyl. I only traded it off because I wanted a 2020. You won’t find better in this price range.
