2007 Toyota Camry Solara consumer reviews

This car is the best convertible currently available, new or used. Plenty of room for 4, and since it is a soft top, there is a large trunk. Performance reminds me of a Lexus.

It's the best car I've ever owned. Rides very smooth and easy to handle. Design is excellent. Gotten many compliments on it's looks.

This vehicles performance was great. The Ride, awesome. Didn't like the 2 door, or the interior. Not enough compartments. The back seat kind of felt like u were sitting on the ground, beneath people up front. Up front, it seemed too close to windshield. The car was too big to be sporty. U have a hard time seeing on the passenger side when parking.

This vehicle is a delight to drive. It rides so smooth, has plenty of power as well as it looks great.

I love my Solara!! This is the third Camry and second Solara. My first Solara was totaled in a wreck and I walked away. So it's safety component was established. I had a hard time finding a nice used Solara after the wreck and ended up buying my first convertible. She is sharp, black on black with grey interior. I put new rims on it as well as new headlights and new convertible top. Tinted the Windows and a remote start. I drive a lot for my job and have put many miles on this sweet car. I have had zero mechanical problem. As others have said there are a couple of issues, the first being very poor visibility when back up with the top up due to more top than glass to see. Secondly the back seat head rest do take up most of back window. But the side mirrors are large enough to help compensate for these issues. Even though my Solara has 115,000 miles now she floats on the road and has never had a problem. I know that she will go for at least 200,000 or more miles and still have gitty up and go for many more miles.

Car is still amazing and I love that is a manual 5 speed. It has given me a sense of pride for a long time.

if you guys are ever looking for a convertible you should consider a Toyota Solara its the best very reliable no issues at all and the smoothest ride

Have only had this car for a week but so far I love it. The SLE offered all the features I wanted and because it's a Toyota I know it will be a reliable car. I'm still trying to figure out how to operate everything and am anxious for warmer weather so I can enjoy my new convertible!

I really wish they still made these! This is my favorite car I've ever owned. I never had any trouble from this car except a wheel bearing around 215,000 miles.

After searching for 6-8 months for "the right car", I found my beautiful Solar at the Lexus Dealer in Mt. Kisko. And the price was excellent! Beautiful and well-riding, well-equipped car. Now I know why all the reviews I read were so favorable. The only drawback are the over-large headrests in the backseat. Can cause additional blind spots when the top is up. You really have to be alert to the traffic around you. I'm going to get an oversized mirror that expands to cover 3 full traffic lanes so that I have less difficulty. Other than that, a great buy!
