Exterior is fragile.

Exterior is fragile. Road debris has caused thousands of dollars of repairs. An empty aluminum water bottle caused a dent on the door. The Toyota body repairman commented on how plastic (cheap) the body fasteners were. The Toyota dealers in this area are suboptimal. I have owned Toyota's for decades. This is the last one.

Great fuel economy, averaging 55+ MPGs most of the time.

Great fuel economy, averaging 55+ MPGs most of the time. Interior features are very nice for a vehicle in this price range. Some road noise at higher speeds, but not bad. Android Auto is very nice, but needs to be reconnected at times, which is easy to do.

Excellent fuel economy, safety features and technology.

Excellent fuel economy, safety features and technology. The interior feels very roomy for a car this size and the trunk is larger than I expected. No spare tire on this model, just a patch kit. Overall, great value for the money.

Keeps unconnected to android auto, says "cannot connect"

Keeps unconnected to android auto, says "cannot connect" not just to my phone either. Every phone that trys to connect. Took in to dealership because I bought the car with 3 miles, now has 739 miles, keeps stalling out on me, key fobs will not work with vehicle any more, when I unlock with any keys, it will sound alarm and won't stop when I turn car on, interior lights will flash and stay on while I drive the car, will stay on for a an hour after I shut the car off. Hybrid battery low light comes on the dash sporadically, and the cruise controller will come on without warning and speed up to fast speeds sucj as 85 or 90 or slow down quickly to 35. I was moving over a lane amd it sped up drastically to 87 without warning and I received a speeding ticket and I couldn't get it to shut off. 87 in a 55. $ 900 in attorney and court costs and losing my license. 40 yrs old and never been pulled over in my life. Took the car to the dealship because of course it's under warranty and they want to fight me tooth and nail that it's all user error. Finally after 1 week toyota says they are putting a recall out on the 2024 toyota corolla hybrid se.....beware!!!!!!

HYBRID FOREVER

I'm biased because I love TOYOTA. This is my third one: the first one was a Matrix, then I got a Prius, and now I got a Corolla Hybrid. Wonderful car, powerful and economic. Great design and amazing features. Highly recommended.
