Toyota Matrix - Great Car

As the original owner for a 2005 Matrix, I can say, it is the best car I've ever owned. 6' space w/ passenger seat and back seats down. Comfortable, as long as you keep up the maintenance the car has been running wonderful!!

Most mileage of any car I've owned.

I purchased my Toyota Matrix new in 2005, when it was more of a novelty. Since then it has accrued 265,000 miles to date, & is still going strong, although I will not be using it for long trips any more. I haven't had a car payment in many years, which is a distinct advantage of keeping a car long term. My nephew-in-law has the same car, a 2009 model, with about 280,000 miles on it to date. Overall, my Toyota has required very little maintainance expense during it's lifetime. The body is showing wear, but the car still runs very well, & I will keep it until it's no longer financially feasible. Obviously, I am a big fan of Toyotas, & have had 4 of them over the years. They are extremely reliable & durable in my experience.

Has been a great reliable car

Was a great commuting car with hatch back to carry many things including 10 foot of Plastic pipe. Great car for young couple or Collage student.

Keeps goin and goin

2005 Toyota Matrix still runs and looks like new after 133,000 miles and 13 years. She was the car I needed that would haul two tubas for drum corps, camping gear for Gamp Fire Girls and my bicycle for beach cruising. Hoping she keeps going and going at least as long as I do.

Very enjoyable car to own.

I enjoyed owning this car! Very comfortable and had a lot of room, the fold flat seats come in handy often. Not very good in the snow or when the pavement is wet no matter the tires i had on it.

Hello

I absolutely love my Matrix. I beat the living daylights out of it everyday and I have yet to have any major issues with it besides regular check ups and repairs. I am dreading the day I must choose another vehicle Worth every cent and more!!!

Practical, Affordable, Reliable, and Stylish

If you are looking for a good all-around value with outstanding practicality and reliability, this is your car. It can haul a surprising amount of cargo, gets good fuel economy, never gave me any mechanical troubles, and offers all-wheel drive. I enjoyed the basic comforts and the stylish look, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.
