Best car I've ever had.

Even though it's not the roomiest car, it fits and suits us. Certainly it gets the best mileage of any car we've owned. We like the radio/CD player for simplicity and quality of sound. Depending on the road surface at times it's a bit too noisy for easy conversation, but that's no big deal for us. Having driven it in all sorts of weather, I can say I feel confident about and like the way it handles. Our next car will be a Prius.

Best car to own. Awesome gas.

$20 to fill up, you get 450 miles. You do the math. Awesome car. Has all modern amenities, very comfortable ride and Toyota reliability. You will not be disappointed.

So far, so good

Great gas mileage. Around 50 mpg. If I hated everything about the car 50 mpg sold me anyway. However, it rides nice, it has plenty of space even in the back seats for someone who is 6’0-6’2. I really have no problems at all with the car. Happy to own it and would buy it again.

Great for a couple of 68' year olds

Our 2012 Prius is by far the most reliable vehicle we have owned. We spend one month out of the year taking a driving vacation (5000+-) miles. We have averaged around 51 MPG. With this kind of savings we are able to very easily upgrade our hotel/motel selections. We have lost very little in comfort compared to larger vehicles.

Worst car I've ever owned!

This car was expensive to purchase and expensive to maintain. It had electrical problems in the beginning, and spent months in the dealer. They eventually fixed it, after 3 visits to the dealer for the same problem. At 5 years old the big battery died and the dealer replaced it, telling me that the next time it died I would have to replace it, even though it was under warrantee! I fought this, as there were several years on the warrantee, and I had also paid for an extended warrantee, and eventually the dealer said I had until it was 8 years old. The value of the car dropped from $34000. to $70000. in 5 years. I traded it in to another dealer, and they gave me $8000. A month later I found out from then that the car broke down yet again, and was back at the dealer for repairs again. Another issue is that the dealer was obligated to provide me with a rental or loaner according to the warrantees, but they said that they didn't know if it was a warranttee issue, even though they told me it was the battery when I took it in. I was on my own to get a car while the car was in the shop. I will NEVER buy another toyota, and especially not a prius!

Most economic durable car I ever had.

I purchased this with vehicle in 2012. I switched from Sequoia which was acsolutely hurting me gas prices wise. My commute was about an hour every day and when it broke down I went to dealership to fix it where I was introduced to options. And that option was Prius. After I payed of my car I could see significant saving when it cames to buying gas for it. Especially during long drive. In about 60$ - 80$ it could take me from Charlotte NC to Miami FL one way. That?s cheaper than flying. Sometimes even 58 mpg.
