Wonderful car for my commutes
I commute 40 miles/day for work, so I wanted to buy a reliable, fuel-efficient, and comfortable car. The Prius meets all those criteria, and more. It has a lot of space in the trunk to transport things. The backseat is also roomy, according to my passengers. The ride is so incredibly smooth and quiet. I haven't had to fill my gas tank as often as my previous car (a 1998 Dodge Stratus, so this was quite the upgrade!) The only cons I have are about visibility. The car is shaped in such a way that the rear window has a horizontal bar going through the middle of it and, while it doesn't hinder visibility much, it is an annoyance. The rear window also appears smaller than usual, but that might be from the segmentation of it. However, the rear camera really helps! And the way the car slopes in front, there's a wide blindspot from the A pillar which I haven't gotten used to yet. Bottom line: Annoyances aside, it's a fantastic car!

Very sturdy, reliable, good looking, roomy, safe
I have driven this car for three years now with zeero trouble. It is beautiful, tight handling, safe, reliable and offers great fuel economy - nearly 50 miles/gallon on open roads and 45 miles/gallon in city. Seats five people very confortably and has good trunk space. Intereior space is same as my Camry XLE.

Reliable, fuel efficient car.
It's economical and roomy enough for our family of three. We knew we would be happy with fuel efficiency, but were happily surprised how much we can fit in the trunk.

Certified Used Car Purchase
I bought this car 3 weeks ago. I have never owned a hybrid and wanted to try a used car before purchasing a more costly new car. I am very pleased with the performance of this hybrid and I am getting 50 to 60 MPG without changing my driving habits. For a 2014, it has a lot of nice features such as a rear camera, navigation system, keyless entry, etc.

Great Gas Saver
I had the bare bones minimum in this car... If I was to get a Prius again I would spend the extra to upgrade the interior... The velour seats were the worst. I have two small dogs that don't shed very much at all and these seats collected the hair and would take a super powerful vacuum to get ride of it with scrubbing. So awful! Not to mention this same material was on the doors and ceiling! What a nightmare! I got leather seat covers to try to avoid the problem. The light interior color got dirty very quickly too. The plastic on the center console and doors was soft and scratched easily. I baby my cars and I felt like I was so hard on this car because the littlest things caused scratches, get it dirty or something! I enjoyed the hatch back and you can lay-down the back seats so it makes a surprising amount of room for long trips or Ikea or a large item. That was great along with the amazing gas mileage. Putting plus gasoline in the Prius I got even better gas mileage! 52-55mpg in town without driving slow or weird. With regular the car seems a little rattly and mileage drops to 47-49mpg with the way I drive. Acceleration on freeway on ramps definitely requires the power mode button and paying attention to traffic. Best thing about this car was the gas mileage... To pay 16-22bucks to fill your gas tank in awesome.

You had me at 50 mpg.
After enrolling at a university 26 miles from home, I realized that I needed a vehicle with better gas mileage than my Toyota Tacoma. My brother, who works for Toyota, recommended leasing a Prius. The free maintenance, low monthly payments, and superior fuel economy sold me. Plus, I have owned my Toyota truck for 12 years and have enjoyed its reliability. The hatchback offers plenty of room for groceries or snowboarding trips. And with the rear seats laid flat, two people could have enough room to sleep. This car does have its drawbacks though. It is quite noisy at highway speeds. And the speed-sensitive radio volume does not seem to work well at all. The sunvisor should have an extender to block the sun for taller drivers. Overall, this car has served its purpose and I am happy that I leased it.

My second Prius
This is my second Prius and I'm loyal to the brand. I drove my 2008 until it was time for an upgrade. The gas mileage is phenomenal, and every generation gets better. I've only had to take mine to the dealer for a minor recall and, knock on wood, I've never had a mechanical or battery failure on either car. I don't know what the future holds, but I'm pretty sure I'll stick with the brand and upgrade to the Prime when I'm back in the market for a new car.
