2013 VW Beetle Convertible

This vehicle met all my needs plus it is adorable and fun to drive. It was a one time owner vehicle and due to health reasons we must sell.

Save your money

I was so in love with the new beetle back in 2013. Since purchasing one though I regret my decision. It’s cute but has engine problems and is unreliable.

Peppy and comfortable. Love it!!

Loaded with extras, navigation, heated seats, 2.5l engine. Goes fast! Better than my new SUV for sure. Best car I have owned in years. Fits two sets of clubs with seat down. Kids love it too. Top goes down fast and securely. Cool car!

Most reliable and economical car I've ever owned.

This car will give 40 mpg around town and 60 mpg on the hwy (@ 60 mph). Beats flying lines and cheaper. This car may last forever.

Car of my dreams...

I have always wanted a VW Beetle and now I owe one. This is car is all that and a bag of chips for me. It has heated front seats, led lights in the interior, low mileage, one owner, and no accidents. LOVE IT.

Beetle convertible

This is my 3rd Beetle convertible in a long line of VW's that I have owned. 1st one was a 1964. I have had no issues with the current Beetle. Sorry to hear that the Beetle is going away.

Good car and fun to drive

A super fun car to drive! I love the interior comfort/design and exterior design, my car is black on black. I have easily fit myself, 3 friends plus all our belongings into this car. It would be nice to have one cup holder on each back seat armrest under the window - there is definetly room to add this feature. The interior and trunk are quite roomy for a small car and everyone is always amazed at how comfortably they fit in the car and how big the trunk is! I have transported lots of stuff (including, at different instances, furniture, 3 large dogs and a surfboard) and always have ample space. The seats do not lay flat with the trunk, but that has never been an issue. The car has great handling, even in the winter. A great pickup amd quick acceleration. I think it gets decent gas mileage for a 5 cylinder - about 25 mpg highway and 22 mpg city. I love the keyless entry and keyless start, it's so convenient to always leave my key in my bag or pocket. I also like that I can leave the car running to cool it down or warm up and take my key with me. The car has an engine shut off if they key is not in range, so if the car is running and they key is not in the car, a car thief can't get that far away. The purge solenoid went bad and the power steering rack needed to be replaced around 68,000 miles. The throttle body needed to be replaced at 74,000 miles. The screen on the panoramic sunroof was replaced when the car was under warranty and then it broke again - just a really poor design for the sunroof screen. I cannot open the sunroof screen unless I want it to be stuck open because the material gets stuck in the track. The actual sunroof rattles constantly because the rubber piece that sits between the glass and the roof is coming off. The windows roll down a bit when you open the doors, so when its really cold, snowy and icy, the doors won't close properly. To fix this issue I just warm my car up for a few minutes and then the doors close without a problem. Overall a great car, just get an extended warranty if you plan to drive with 60,000 + miles.
