Das Auto for sure!

I am very impressed by Carvana and the service I received. I have always been a die hard Toyota/Lexus fan, but I decided to let my husband pick since our Toyota dealer hired a racist finance team. I was pleased with our entire transaction!

I wish I NEVER bought a VW

Volkswagen VOLKSWAGEN BUYERS BEWARE: I am going to post this in as many review sites as possible to help out other buyers who are considering purchasing a new VW. I am a 22 year old college student that does not make a lot of money. I used to have an older vehicle that was giving me a lot of problems that I could not afford to repair and keep it on the road, so I decided to chalk up a little bit of extra money and purchase a brand new VW. I was ECSTATIC on my first brand new car! Three months after my purchase, I took it to the dealer for a check up and was told that I have low oil, I asked “how could that be possible when it’s a brand new car?” The response that I was given (by the service writer at Cook VW in Fallston, MD) was “it is normal for a 1.8T VW/Audi to burn 1 quart of oil per 1000 miles. I was extremely aggravated with that answer as that pretty much defeated the purpose of me purchasing a brand new car. I was under the impression that purchasing a brand new car would help solve the problem of me needing to come out of pocket to fix my car and keep it on the road. I didn’t know what else to do except just continue to pay for a quart of oil every month. Every year that I took my vehicle back to the service department I was told the same thing. I felt hopeless. Now, I am up to adding a quart of oil per week on a VW that is only three years old. So, searching for answers, I called VW of America and spoke to Kristen and was told that since I’m just out of warranty, there is nothing they can do. I asked her why they didn’t do anything before I was out of warranty and her response was, “I don’t know, but it’s too late now.” She put me on hold and did some research and acknowledged that there were several of other VW and Audi drivers who experienced the same problem with their new vehicles and even cane across lawsuits that were settled because of the same issue. I then asked, “Well, will VW be able to take care of me also?” She said, “no.” Just a little background... I come from a family who only drives Volkswagens, we have owned dozens of Volkswagens in the last 20 years. Currently, my mom, dad, both of my brothers, and my sister-in-law drive one and I also have several friends that also have them. We have only ever purchased brand new Volkswagens (my dad drives a 2015 VW, my mom has a 2014 CC, one of my brothers has a 2015 GTI, my other brother has a 2018 Jetta, and my sister-in-law has a 2017 Jetta). I am appalled by the customer service and the response that I was given by Volkswagen of America. I feel embarrassed that I was duped by Volkswagen and my entire family stands behind me. I cannot believe that with being the loyal VW family that we have been for so many years, that they could not help a first time new car buyer out on their purchase of a Volkswagen. PLEASE, learn from me, and do your research before purchasing a brand new Volkswagen. $25000 is a lot of money and I am being promised by other manufacturers that it won’t happen with them. Please feel free to re-share this in order to protect future new car buyers from wasting their money on a BRAND SPANKING NEW LEMON!

Just Purchased - Very Happy

I recently purchased this 2016 vehicle pre-owned from Trend Motors in Denville, NJ. After two weeks, I am very happy with it. It is sporty, feels well crafted and has good tech for me including GPS, back-up camera, Apple Car Play, heated seats and a sun roof. The ride is zippy in the 1.8 liter Turbo which I have. It also has a sport mode with more aggressive shifting as well as a manual shifting mode. I would definitely get another VW tho as I am nearly 6 feet, I might get the bigger Passat. However, I do recommend giving this car a test drive and based on two weeks driving, I would say purchase this car. My dealer was pretty good.

Seemed like a very nice value for the money

Test drove a 1.8 liter sport model for my son. I thought it was a great value for the money. It had a very tight feel to it and the 1.8Ll Turbo had plenty of power and pick up. They get great mpg as well.

Great Car, A lot of features for the price.

I purchased a used 2016 Volkswagen Jetta GLI SEL with a lot of options and under 25k miles. I was very familiar with the Volkswagen product as I've had previous Volkswagens before but this car is much more advanced with technology then my other models. I like the additional features this car has such as the parking pilot, Bi-xenon headlights, corner-illuminating foglights, Blind spot monitor, Touchscreen navigation. There isn't many cars on the market which still offer a manual transmission which is also a plus for this car. This car is very similar to other cars I've own. I had a 2008 Jetta Wolfsburg and a 2013 Volkswagen Gti. It's like they took features of both cars and combined them to make this model. It has the space that the 2008 Jetta had but the sportiness and fun to drive that the 2013 Volkswagen Gti had.Bottom line: Pick a nice day and go for a test drive...be prepared for the "giddy up" and to enjoy yourself. *One additional comment: The GLI is like a wolf in sheeps clothing. You get the performance of the GTI with the looks of a and room of a luxury sedan.
