Fun to drive

Great car for the price and fun to drive, especially in a 5 speed manual. The car handles the highway and the back roads with ease.

Great Gas Mileage/ Comfortble seats

The car is the best best balance between cost and amenities. Leather, sunroof, 40+mpg and a very large trunk and larger rear seat make for a great deal under $16K.

Great Car - Jetta 1.4T SE

Fantastic, peppy little engine. It doesn't have a lot of power but you can zip around just fine. I can't attest to the reliability as of yet because it only has 1,000 miles on the odometer. The rear seat is extremely roomy for the car segment and even mid-size cars. I have a couple of nitpicks: 1. There is no rear seat air vent. There is a shallow hole where one used to be placed. 2. The lights are not automatic. This car has quite a few nice features but for whatever reason, automatic headlights is not one of them.

Hatch would make it perfect

I?ve driven most of other cars in this sector: cruise, corolla, civic, mazda3. Even compares to larger Camry and maxima. This car is just best for the $

Nicer than the more expensive Passat I purchased.

I love all the bells and whistles, but I also enjoy great performance and fuel economy. The Jetta met my needs and wishes for comfort easily as well.

Great bang for your buck

We visited a few dealerships, and Volkswagen by far had the best value for our budget! Love the car and loved the service.

Great car

Obviously I can't say how long it will be in the long run, but I do love my little Jetta right now. It has been the best car. Nice smooth ride, the dash is so appealing to the eye. I love it.

Most favorite car I have owned

I recently turned in my lease on my 2015 Jetta after having a few issues with it. I loved the car and decided to go with another Jetta. I got the 2017 Jetta SE 5speed pretty much fully loaded and I couldn't be happier. It has all of the upgrades and options I was missing on my other one. And the turbo engine is far better than the NA 2.0L that was in my last one. The car is great on fuel and very comfortable. I personally like the styling because it has and will age well. I think it's an excellent value for the money. Almost as big as a Camry or Accord for the price of a Corolla or Civic. And it feels very solid and "German like".
