2017 Volkswagen Passat consumer reviews

If you haven't reviewed the2017 Passat, you need to test drive One as soon as possible. This is and excellent vehicle, a lot of bang for the buck.

Before my Passat, I had a '16 Beetle. That was my first VW product. After coming from a terrible instance with two Fiat's, I needed a change. The Beetle was a great car, just a bit too small for my practical needs over time. I went to my local VW dealer and they were able to make a good deal on my '17 Passat. It's just the basic S, but it has what I need and does everything nicely. Overall fit and finish is good inside and the feature content for the money is on par with others in the class. I am surprised it didn't have heated side mirrors like the Beetle, but that's a small point. The space inside is great and the 1.8T is a nice engine. Over FE has been as high as 43MPG for me. Smooth, comfortable and handsomely stylish, I'd recommend the Passat.

I have only owned this car for 3 days but love it. It has every bell and whistle and the salesman Mike who sold it to me said I could call him at anytime for any questions I have.

The best car I've owned. It's really good on gas for the amount of car you get. It's very spacious inside and a lot trunk space. I love it.

Like the turbo engine, auto sensing cruise control, blind spot monitors and larger screen on the SEL. Heated seats are a nice feature, CarPlay and more.

The car met my needs, very good styling in my opinion looked pretty aggressive and v6 engine not bad at all.

Very comfortable and spacious from inside. And the ride is comfortable too. Performance from the 1.8T engine could be better in terms of horsepower. Yet I'm not trying to race or go on a track anytime soon. I drive around the city and I don't need to go from 0-60 on a residential street. Exterior styling is very nice, yet simple and to the point. The front grille is what caught my attention. And the LED lights are a plus. Interior design is also very nice and to the point. Not so many plastic parts like other sedans have. Very spacious both front and back. The kids love the space in the back, the rear air vent to keep them cool and the USB port to keep their tablets charged. Value for the money is TWO THUMBS UP !! I'm sure there is other cars in the same category that have great value. And I see everyone else driving those cars. I'd rather be different and drive this particular model because it's turning heads when I'm driving around town. Reliability has been great yet I've only had the car for 1 year. I can't really give too much information on this subject.

It has a very smooth ride get 3O mpg on regular gas beauty I leased it at less than the cost of any car in its class.

I love my new Passat! It has so many features for safety and fun! I elected to get a new 2017 since there were great incentives.
