Comfortable, stylish, and easy to handle.

Perfect vehicle for me and my 2 children. Looking forward to using it on road trips. Good gas mileage and love the panoramic sunroof l

Great Vehicle

After 3 years and 50k miles I can say that I'm very satisfied with the Tiguan. No problems at all so far. Looks great in and out. Plenty of space for my 6ft3in frame in the front and back seats. Ride quality is great, much better than my wife's 2016 CR-V and it has more interior space too. The 4motion AWD performed great during the harsh Chicago winter months.

Nice SUV nice fit

I really like how the Tiguan looks. I was looking for AWD and Apple CarPlay and this vehicle had both. This is the fourth Volkswagen I’ve owned and I’ve had good luck with these cars.

Problem after problem after problem

The car is beautiful, inside and out. It is the perfect size for my family and we were very content with it. Until the problems started. One day the entire dash lit up for no obvious reason. Might I add, we baby our vehicles, they are kept inside the garage, we don't drive far, rarely take roadtrips- just needed it to take us grocery shopping and take me to work part time. Our warranty dealed with it.. took over a month to get it back. After we got it back we hoped it was just a blimp.. 2 weeks later, it spazzes out on me, the breaks are stiff but it's beeping to press my breaks. But it's telling me it's not on park. Literally making no sense and we had to get it towed back to the dealership. 2 weeks later, we get it back. Not even 24 hours later the SAME issue turns on again. I have to call out of work and am stuck at my sons sitters house until I can get us a ride home. It is now at the dealership for the 3rd time within 2 months. And it only has 20k miles!!! I will never drive Volkswagen again. Never have i owned a vehicle that was so unreliable.

A good and sturdy car for a good price!!!

Good vehicle that has a good gas mileage. Good overall turning radius. Good acceleration. Good looking car with a even better looking engine. Its just overall a good operating car that can get you to your destination and even have fun with.

The worst customer service ever

It is a high maintenance vehicle with a very poor customer service. I have had this car for about two years and it has been facing couple of problems. Right out of the dealership its rear window washer did not work. After about the year its automatic head lamp adjustment failed, when I was driving at night and it head lamps aimed too low. After about a year and half, it backup camera failed. After about two years its head lamps aim to the sky. And worst part, the customer service of VW is awful. They refuse to accept the manufacturer fault as part of warranty.

Best Car we have ever owned for highway driving!

We travel across country, and spend out winters in the south, mostly in Arizona. Driving this car is a pleasure, because of the 8 speed transmission, and because of the power it has to climb the Arizona mountains! It has made that trip a lot more safe, and enjoyable!

This car saved my family from a hurricane!

Love the styling and size for the money. My family was at oak island beach for vacation. When hurricane Isaias hit, our beachfront place was overwhelmed by the ocean surge. The car floated away, across the street. We escaped the house during the eye of the storm. The car remarkably started up. I drove it through nearly 3 feet of ocean water to reach my family. We were able to drive the car 2 hours inland to the closest hotel to safety. The car would not run the next day and was totaled due to every inch of it being damaged. Yes, we had some issues that required It to be serviced prior. The service departments at three different VW dealerships were terrible. But the car did something for us that most vehicles would not have. We replaced it with a 2020 Tiguan!
