2018 Volvo XC90 consumer reviews

I had the Volvo XC60 for 7 years and just upgraded to the XC90. I am so happy with this vehicle, the safety features are incredible, it?s comfortable and beautiful.

Great car for families, hugely versatile, easy to drive and control. This is the best car to run errands in--seats fold flat. Short on soul and power.

My new XC90 hit a parking pole when using the Park In feature. I contacted Volvo USA and opened a case. It's been 3 weeks, and still nothing has happened. I have called and emailed numerous customer service reps and managers about the issue. They are extremely difficult to get a hold of and do not respond in a timely manner. Their attitude is also in NO WAY customer-centric. All I keep hearing is that everyone is very busy, that there is only 1 Field Tech in the region who can inspect the vehicle and basically I just need to wait until they are free. I talked to 2 managers about the issue, one was more responsive but also not easy to get a hold of, and the 2nd manager's attitude was that that how it is and nothing else can be done. He took no accountability for the poor service provided so far either. In short, if for any reason you have a warranty issue that needs to go through Volvo USA, be prepared to have a horrible customer service experience. It has been so bad, I won't ever get a Volvo again, even though the car itself is quite nice. Shockingly bad service for a luxury car brand. Would give 0 stars if possible.

This car meets all my needs. Working as an anesthesiologist. Safety is my number one priority When I take care of my patients. When I?m working in the hospital I want to make sure that my family is safe. Now they are safe bec they drive a Volvo .

We purchased the XC90 for more leg room, seating and Cargo! LOVE THIS CAR! I was extremely thrilled with my 2017 XC60 however, my husband wanted more room. What a ride and performance is incredible! Love, Love, Love!!!!!!!!

Excellent car! Only wish it had power 3rd row folding seats. Way more power than i would expect from a four cylinder... impressive! I cant wait to see what the 2020 has in store for my family

I love everything about the car: exterior and interior styling, functions, technology and performance. My wife and I are exceedingly happy that we moved from our previous BMW X5 to the Volvo XC90.

This car exceeds my expectations plenty leg room and all the little gadgets to keep everyone entertain; I just wish it had a little more ?whim? (pick up at start... even though it has 315hp lol!) But plenty of power afterwards... I have to remember that is a family SUV and not a Hot Rod!

Sharp looking car inside and out. Great ride. They should put the upgraded engine (horsepower wise) in all the X90's. Great ride. Interior has nice touches.

No one should love something as much as I love my new XC90. I get in it just to "drive" with no destination or agenda, I have never had a car I enjoyed so much.
