It's rare to find a car dealership/salesperson that is straightforward, honest, easy going, efficient, personable, knowledgeable, helpful and a joy to work with. Jared was all of these things. My son and I were super impressed with the employees and the entire smooth transaction. They treated us as a valued customer for sure. I had an 07 TSX that I loved, that was traded in for a different vehicle. I needed a new car again and knew I wanted another TSX or similar, the ILX. I love my Acura!

I was interested in a suv I called on a regular to ask questions and got answers Charlie was very helpful he seemed to be pretty honest I went there from Washington DC to see the vehicle but didn’t have time to really check it out when I drove it I felt a little vibration and was told it was the tires because it had been sitting so I decided to pass because it wasn’t a warranty and I had to get back to DC didn’t want to take any chances otherwise I had a good experience dealing with Charlie I just wish I could’ve had more time to check it out if I can get someone to go back to check it out I might go back to buy it or if they would put new tires on it to assure me that it’s just the tires one other thing I had to find a bank to purchase a cashiers check because they didn’t finance out of state that was what took up a lot of my time I’d also like to say I wasn’t pressured in any kinda way like big dealers Charlie was very patient

Great exterior high tech look, gets admirable looks from people walking by, lots of safety features incl side and rear car approaching warning, lane drift correction. Good high tech interior incl both touch screen and manual control. Ride quality not smooth, can feel road more than should for expectation for a Acura. My almost 20 year old TSX still rides better.

My husband initially went to purchase a different car but ended up buying a different one cash. We were able to secure the other in a few days and because of our schedule we asked if they could deliver the car once registered which they did. Thank you

Purchase was rough as they required a complex approval process to accept large checks. Had to write 2 smaller checks and get each approved. Screwed up transferring plates on my trade which was partially my fault. First time I brought car in they said there was no problem but there was. Since then I?ve had no other issues and am happy with their service
