My wife and I were looking for a new vehicle but our credit wasnt the best ...In fact it was pretty bad actually..but we decided to check out car max.Im glad we did.Very nice selection of cars,great staff..My sales man Ken was a pleasure to work with.We got the car we wanted,in a price range that was fair..Even though our credit was low mine was a 585 wife's was a 615 we got the loan..ken worked hard for us and got the deal done.
First car I've bought at CarMax. Great Experience.

Wouldn't do it any other way. I was very well treated and the buying process was quick and painless. The vehicle I liked was taken offline for 2 days until I was able to go to the dealer and test drive it. I thought that was a pretty nice feature.
I like sitting down at the desk and working with Charlotte and Matt in the service desk. It's more personable that way and they are able to look up my history on their computer and tell me if I have any special deals coming to me. They are both pleasant to work with and they are the reasons why I keep coming back to Joe Rizza Acura to have my service instead of the dealer where I bought my car from. I hate going thru the express. I hate having to stand outside of my car and explaining what I need to have done to my car and signing papers. It's not personable and I found myself juggling my purse and other items I had with me to sign the papers they handed me to sign in order to have my car service.
The process was very thorough. Everyone was friendly and helpful. My sales associate Hassan was wonderful! Made sure my visit was perfect from the moment I walked in the doors to the moment I drove off.
Good customer service From day one I go over there to buy a car they was good with me they help me a lot even after one week from heaven the car I go back to them the car was shaking need break They help me and fix the brake for me and check the car from A-Z thank you for a good customer service
Prompt and fast follow up. Very nice sales woman returned my call and answered my questions about the vehicle. Everything was done by the time I got there and the manager was very accommodating to my family's needs.
My internet inquiry was promptly answered and all interaction online was great. When I went to visit I was handed off to someone who just opened the car for me with no real interaction. Car body was nice interior was horrible pictures did not show the damage to interior.
