I recently visited this dealer to lease a ZDX, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. When I texted to make an appointment, the sales consultant, Jordan, called me back right away. We hadn?t yet decided on a color, so he took the time to show us all the available options without rushing or pressuring us. Jordan was very polite and professional throughout the process. Even though the ZDX is Acura?s first BEV and he didn?t have answers to every question on the spot, he followed up quickly and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. Overall, the entire experience was smooth and pleasant. I really appreciated the attentive service and would definitely recommend this dealership?and especially Jordan?to anyone considering a ZDX.

Very excited to share that we bagged a fabulous deal with the dealership and after looking and talking to many other car dealerships and test driving vehicles we finally ended up taking the Acura Zdx without even a test drive because of the kind of service that these guys provided. The manager, Gary Yegiazaryan, the sales manager, was also great to work with in agreeing the deal and Alton Ho in finance made the process of the paperwork clear and simple. Great service manager Michael Tran went extra miles to what I need. Both my TLX and MDX were taking cared by him in addition to just the regular maintenance. He is always on top of communicating me on status of my car and recommending the best way to keep the car running at top performance. Will return again to him on my next service.

I wasn’t happy with my experience initially, but they made an effort to make things right. With that, I can say that they are sincere in making sure that their customers are satisfied!
