Great service manager Michael Tran went extra miles to what I need. Both my TLX and MDX were taking cared by him in addition to just the regular maintenance. He is always on top of communicating me on status of my car and recommending the best way to keep the car running at top performance. Will return again to him on my next service.

Came in for simple warranty repair on a very busy Monday. My service representative was, and has been in the past, friendly, informative and accurate in the repair needed, time needed and services offered. I recently visited this dealer to lease a ZDX, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. When I texted to make an appointment, the sales consultant, Jordan, called me back right away. We hadn?t yet decided on a color, so he took the time to show us all the available options without rushing or pressuring us. Jordan was very polite and professional throughout the process. Even though the ZDX is Acura?s first BEV and he didn?t have answers to every question on the spot, he followed up quickly and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. Very excited to share that we bagged a fabulous deal with the dealership and after looking and talking to many other car dealerships and test driving vehicles we finally ended up taking the Acura Zdx without even a test drive because of the kind of service that these guys provided.
