My recent experience at Parkway Honda was mixed, but because of the follow-up care that I received, my rating is 5 stars. I brought my mom's car in for a regular service on a Thursday feeling lucky that I was able to get an immediate appointment. The mechanics could not finish the job and I was asked to return the next morning which I did. I was offered Uber service, but chose to wait for the car. After 3 1/2 hrs, Nick, the service advisor, offered me a courtesy car remembering that I mentioned an appointment I had to be at that afternoon. He was exceptional in his interactions with me in every way. I accepted the car which was a new Pilot. Very nice. Here's where it gets good. I damaged the car. James, the service manager, carefully explored repair options, preventing me from paying hundreds of dollars out of pocket for repairs. Huge relief! So, while I was bummed that a regular service on Mom's car took 2 days and the use of a loaner car, I credit Nick for making the experience bearable, even pleasant. He was courteous, empathetic and accommodating. I was additionally so bummed to have damaged the loaner, and I credit James for working in my best interest to solve the repair issue and with efficiency, kindness and professionalism. Could have gone very differently. I have been bringing Mom's car there for years, and will continue to give them my small, but loyal business. Feeling grateful for Nick and James at Parkway Honda.

Best car I've ever owned. Quick, sporty, but not a high-end sports car. Headlight configuration suggests high-beams are always on. Bit of a gas hog around town, but great highway mileage. Completely satisfied with only minor complaints. Recommend.

On Good Friday afternoon, as I was coming into Collierville/Piperton area to visit my brother and sister-in-law, my engine light came on (again) and I had to get my 2011 Honda Odyssey to a Honda dealership. I called the Wolfchase Honda dealership nearby in Bartlett and told Dexter (service advisor) what was going on (it was a known issue with the pistons & rings leaking oil around the seal and fouling out spark plugs-P0303 code). I had my elderly parents with me whom I was driving as far as Dallas, TX, and then, had to be back in Murfreesboro by Monday evening due to an appointment I couldn't miss on Tuesday. After dropping the van off to be diagnosed by the technician/mechanic, Dexter called me back to let me know that it was the issue involving the pistons and rings, etc., and with his technician on the phone with him and me, told me they would do their best to have it ready by Monday (latest, Tuesday due to being Easter weekend). Well, after driving to and from Dallas over the weekend, Dexter called me on Monday morning by 11 a.m. to tell me his technician had worked on it Friday for awhile, come in Saturday and worked on it to get the bulk of the work done and finished Monday morning so I could get home that afternoon!! I want to commend and thank Dexter and the technician (Joey Schaffer??) for their empathy and wonderful service to get me on the road back home (after more than a week of being on the road)! I know the Lord was in all the details last weekend!! Dexter and Joey deserve praise and a RAISE for being so kind!

Let me first say I’d only recommend this car to younger drivers that are not overweight or tall. The interior is not made for large persons.

I just helped a very dear senior friend of mine buy a car here, Subaru Outback Limited and explained to the salesman (Dan) that this transaction had to go very smooth without stress as I was out of state so my help was coming both to my friend and the dealership via phone and e-mail. I have to say that not only did they have the perfect car for my friend Cathy, but we were able to do 90% of the transaction prior to Cathy ever getting to the dealership. When Cathy arrived, her new car was all ready, they took in her trade, she signed docks and she was out the door and on her way back home in only about an hour! Cathy said she was treated extremely well by everyone involved at White Bear Lake Subaru and just loves her new car! It already had an aftermarket exhaust it has a manual trans parts are very cheap... I've burned the clutch as few times and even crashed the front bumper
