Very excited to share that we bagged a fabulous deal with the dealership and after looking and talking to many other car dealerships and test driving vehicles we finally ended up taking the Acura Zdx without even a test drive because of the kind of service that these guys provided. I entered Cerritos Acura on Monday, July 3rd, with the purpose of observing a previously owned 2022 MDX. Unfortunately, I found it lacking in visual appeal. Nevertheless, our salesperson Cruz Ramirez graciously presented alternative choices for my consideration. Instead of acquiring the 2022 MDX, I departed from the premises with a freshly minted 2024 MDX. Her unwavering determination was matched only by her commendable restraint, refraining from crossing the boundary into pushiness. Thomas Acura is THE best Acura dealership in Southern California. Honest and knowledgeable. They service all of the Acura's in our family. My last visit was a tire road hazard issue. Drove in unexpected. They fit me in and had me on my way in two hours. Road hazard warranty covered it. This dealership always has the solutions to any Acura issue from routine maintenance, warranty work and recalls. Friendly staff in sales, service writers and the mechanics. Can’t go wrong here.
