I had the pleasure of working with Mike Mitchell on my new 2019 Acura MDX company lease vehicle He took the time to show me all of the new unique features of the car and also made arrangements to detail the 2015 MDX that was coming off lease. All in all an excellent experience with Mike and everyone at Leith Acura!
I was searching for a 2018 TLX Acura via the internet. I came across several dealerships and decided to compare prices. After receiving the first quote from Priority Chesapeake I countered that I had received a lower quote from another. When Tammy Coleman contacted me with the second quote I could not refuse the offer . Then I told her that it would be several weeks before I could take ownership because I live almost 1.5 hours away. Guess what ,she told me she would bring it to my home needless to say three days later I took ownership of a brand new 2018 TLX Acura. I was not disappointed. Thank you Tammy C. for making my transaction easy and painless.
I have dealt with Rick Gross for my last 4 cars. He. Makes sure make an Informed decision o n the car I purchase. He always makes sure I know know all the ins and outs of the vehicle and fixes all the settings and connects my devices.. He always is available for any questions..I feel free to stop in for help. I WILL be back to Rick in 3 years when my lease is up.
I was blown away by the phenomenal service I received at Antonino Acura. I went to the service manager Peter with concerns with my 2017 Acura TLX and he exceeded my expectations. I have three Acura dealerships that are closer to me, but it is well worth the drive knowing how confident I am in their service department. I highly recommend them.
Best dealership I've ever dealt with. The service department is first-class. With employees like Henry Garcia you ensure that each person who walks through the door feels he or she is the most important person in the world at that m0ment. Henry demonstrated this feeling the moment I came in contact with him. He showed me to the lounge, got the work on my car started promptly, and coordinated with the individual who arranged shuttle service. Upon completion of my visit he reviewed the results in detail. I like sitting down at the desk and working with Charlotte and Matt in the service desk. It's more personable that way and they are able to look up my history on their computer and tell me if I have any special deals coming to me. They are both pleasant to work with and they are the reasons why I keep coming back to Joe Rizza Acura to have my service instead of the dealer where I bought my car from. I hate going thru the express. I hate having to stand outside of my car and explaining what I need to have done to my car and signing papers. It's not personable and I found myself juggling my purse and other items I had with me to sign the papers they handed me to sign in order to have my car service.
Nice dealership-clean, friendly people. Keith was very patient-he was obviously busy, but took time to explain as much as he could without overwhelming us. Pushy, hard sell salespeople turn me off but Keith was the antithesis of this type.
My parents bought all of their cars through Wilmes for a pretty long time. After my parents passed, I ended up having to sell mom's camaro back to them per her probate, and Randy Hamm oversaw my first new car purchase. Since then I've had two more brand new cars. Nobody has given me the treatment Randy did, till about a year ago. I moved away. My little old wireless company I worked for doesn't exist in Tampa Florida. I'm looking at you US Cellular. No, you can't get calls on their network here either lol. Anyways. Instead of selling phones, I decided to sell cars. 1/2 of my success I blame on stubbornness. The rest, that Wilmes customer service that has stuck with me all of these years. People! You want to buy a car here! If you're in Altus Oklahoma there is no reason not to! If I could, I would fly home for my next Camaro and drive it back down here. (I don't sell Chevy, but I'm a Chevy girl. Shh!) I'm serious when I tell you that the rest of the world isn't going to give you small town service. They're going to forget you when you leave. They're not going to remember your name. They're not going to send you cards and cookies and make you feel valued. I mean, some of us will. Thanks for showing me the way Randy! Big city volume stores love down home country girls. Lol!
Not much to say accept excelent customer service . Answered all my questions without beating around the bush . Made going into a dealership to buy a car almost fun . They didnt have to work very hard though , the cars sell themselves
The staff at Acura Thousand Oaks was outstanding! Aaron, Steve, Frank, Paul and Bret made walking into a dealership fun! They had the car clean and ready for viewing before we signed any paperwork! That's customer service right there! UNFORTUNATELY, Acura Financial was unable to approve us! Even with a 695 credit score and $3,000 down for a 2018 standard TLX lease! The staff went above and beyond. They greeted us at the door, explained everything in detail and made us feel like humans and not just another potential sale. I only wish we would have been able to do business with them! Nevertheless, they earned the 5 star rating I gave them! Keep up the great work guys! I truly hope we can put the car of our dreams in our driveway in the upcoming future!
