Used 2017 Acura MDX for sale near Florence, SC

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff Efficient sales process, no issues but they do try to sell car insurance through a partner program via text I found annoying.

My first MDX, absolutely love it. Gas mileage could be better in town, highway is good. I would buy the 4 seater next time not the 3 roll seat. Safety features are awesome! So many unexpected standard features. Safety features were my main concern as I have a 20 year neck injury. MDX filled all my safety issues. Honda is well made and ahead of their time.

Christopher was an excellent sales consultant during a busy year-end with a more complicated sale that required shipping the vehicle out of state to a rather picky buyer (me). Compared to another dealer I contacted this experience was “night and day”. I’d definitely recommend others to consider working with this dealership at least for the sales experience. I particularly enjoyed the fact that Chris found another RSX driver amongst the White Bear employees to perform a brief road test of my eventual car to set my mind at some ease for a real-world experience. They also were fairly cooperative about most of my requests to “seal the deal” (minor touch-up/clean up items). My only suggestions would be to see about hastening the shipping experience if that’s even possible and put a bit more effort into detail of the car before listing for sale - the car had been in their hands for a couple of months and just needed a couple small detail items to make it close to perfect for selling a 20+ year old vehicle (these were the items I had to request at time of negotiation). Nice work overall - just looking forward to the shipper to arrive that will be a great day!

I sold my 2004 ACURA MDX with 304,300 miles and purchased a used 2017 ACURA MDX with 95,000. So far I love this car. I am a Honda/Acura fan. First Honda had 325,000 until family member totaled it so purchased the 2004 MDX. I love MDX. The only thing I would change would have the seat pan in both the front and middle row a little deeper. It is not a deal breaker though.

We had a such stellar experience at the Paragon Woodside. We dealt with Imran Muhammad and Justin Hili. They really took the time to listen to our proposal and we entered into such a great deal! Imran took the time to ensure we have all the documents we need. Paul Padilla also assisted us. Overall, we had such a positive experience and we strongly recommend their dealership to anyone planning to do an upgrade.

This car is great, dependable, a little luxury without being a snob. High quality level. A couple rattles were fixed with no complaints. I will say it occasionally has a 'hesitation' in the transmission on a cold motor, but it would not keep me from buying Acura again.

This is a very quality car with plenty of leg room. I love the interior and it drives well. Has a lot of charging port and the audio is supereb.

I test drove a black Acura MDX with the Technology and feel in love with the car. The car drove wonderful and I hope that I can find a white MDX with the Technology or Advance package. That's my goal.

Recently had my SQ8 service at Audi South Orlando and as usual, everything was done fast, efficient and timely. Kory, my service advisor, made the process so easy. I gave the facilities a 4 star only because they are currently undergoing construction. However, the service was still great and one could say, you are treated royally.

After reading reviews and ratings for the top brands of SUV hybrids, shopping around for a few weeks, and then driving each one, I decided on the Honda CR-V. I didn’t have any bad experiences at the various dealerships. (Thank goodness dealerships are clearly making attempts to change their image and processes). Buying a new car has never been a favorite experience for me! But I have to say that my experience was stellar at Heritage Honda, with outstanding assistance from James Whittaker. He was [every positive adjective you can imagine] patient, knowledgeable, professional, courteous, informative, helpful, and conscientious with regard to my time and my budget. I never felt pressured, but instead felt that the team 1) worked together as a team, rather than competing against one another and 2) wanted to help me to find the right car for my needs. I recently purchased a Lexus TX-450h through Earnhardt Lexus in Phoenix. This is the second car that we have purchased through this dealership and the second car through David Bader. We also worked with David’s boss, Steve Bennett, another top notched, can-do individual! He helped out when David was unavailable. Love this dealership as they are very responsive and professional to all our needs. We are lucky to have them close by to our home. David is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Additionally, he is not a typical salesman. He is not one of those high pressure car salesmen that calls every other day. He tells you all about the car and the features, answers any questions and gives you space to make an educated decision based on your needs! In over 40 years of buying cars, David is the best I have ever seen! Mia did an excellent job on showing me how everything worked and set my phone up for the car. This was important as these cars are highly technical. Great experience! Great dealership! I would recommend them highly!

I have a son that has an MDX. I was impressed with the look and overall appearance. I went online and found an RDX that I liked. Justin helped me find what I wanted and did a super job of explaining and helping me be able to feel comfortable to drive the car. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I would recommend this agency.

Bought my vehicle from Golden, CO Carmax and didn't have any support for mechanical issues. Still purchased the vehicle because it is what I wanted. Ashley from sales in Golden was the worst! I ended up closing the deal with Cora who was amazing and clearly the exception to the rule in Golden. When I told Ashley there were issues with the brakes she was rude and didn't take me seriously. I ended up working with the Federal Heights dealership on repairs. Debbie in the service department took this on and was soooo amazing! She took care of everything and I am so greatful! The technican at this location was amazing as well (I forget his name unfortunately)! It is really a shame that I had to go to another location to get service, but I am so glad that I did. Outstanding job Federal Heights location!
