Car buying online can NOT be this easy anywhere else. Submitted credit app, followed up on the app on Monday 6/11/18, got approved, received contracts on Wednesday 6/13/18, returned them back at a FedEx drop-off box, Vroom recevied them on Thursday 6/14/18, paid my deposit as well, Vroom Rep called me on Friday 6/15/18 and said my car had been moved to the shipping department to be inspected and prepared for shipment. On Monday 6/18/18, I received an email saying that estimated delivery day would be 6/20/18. At this point I'm over the top anxious and super excited for 6/20/18. On 6/20/18 evening, around 5:50 p.m., Vroom Rep calls and tells me that the delivery guy won't make the delivery time scheduled for 6/20/18 so it'll be 6/21/18 when he delivers the car. I received my car on 6/21/18 at 6:00 p.m. at a Wal-Mart super center parking lot. I signed the bill of lading and received my keys. Oh, and there must had been miscommunication between the delivery guy and Vroom, because before he handed me my keys he asked who was going to pay him, and I told him my shipping fees and all were included in my financing. So he said they are probably just going to send him a check. Other than that; everything went extremely smooth. I did not run into any problems other than the day delayed delivery (which wasn't a big problem). I am completely satisfied. I received my paperwork and my car all in ONE week!!! ONE week!! It does not get any better or easier than that. The car is freaking awesome, l LOVE it!! It's just like brand new on the inside and almost on the outside, I take that back, it is pratically brand new on the outside with just minor scratches and paint chips. I love love love my car!!! I would highly recommend Vroom to family and friends and to anyone looking to purchase great vehicles at reasonable costs. In the future, I plan to purchase again from Vroom. Thanks Vroom!!
Why such a poor ride

I have driven cars and big trucks for 30 years, 17 mdx top of the line has the worst ride. I want to turn this back in , for my 04 grand caravan or 87 sentra. It’s AC and seats are great. This is the first car that has ever made me seasick with bouncing and pitching. I drove others, they were not this bad. Will go to the third dealer to see if they can fix. Also, the single reason I won’t buy an acura??? Unless bought at that dealer, the dealer staff does not want to help even if you have a $ 60 k mdx and got service their. Lexus has staff specifically to help with whom you can appt or just walk in. Why has Honda allowed this in Acura ??? I want to support Honda and Acura, but if I need a little help, their dealers should spend a little time

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

This is the second auto that we've purchased from Bradshaw Acura (the first being 13 years ago and we still have it!). I was met outside the dealership by Steve Steele who was very professional and courteous. We knew what car we wanted, but had not driven one. Steve took care of that quickly, and we were sold. I thought I had done my homework regarding price. Steve beat that number by about $2 thousand! Once we agreed that this was the car, just not the color, Steve said "no problem," we'll get you what you want - and did - quickly! At delivery three days later, Mike had all the paperwork ready for my signature and the finance process was done in mere minutes. It was great! Steve took all the time necessary to explain all the "what for" and "why nots," and I departed the dealership feeling pretty confident of my ability to operate the new car! As a follow on to Steve's previously stated assistance, my wife and I took the car on a trip out of town. It was Saturday evening, just before 6PM, and we were in a church parking lot preparing to attend a 6PM wedding. My wife put her purse in the trunk, along with a couple of other items, and we tried to close the trunk. No luck! It would not stay closed. I tried every way I could think of to make the trunk stay closed. My concerns were that we were going to be late for the wedding, and I was going to have to drive 250 miles back home on a holiday weekend with my trunk open! The manual didn't have the answer. I called Steve on his cell phone. His question to me was: You didn't try to leave your key in the trunk, did you? Viola! My wife's purse contained the extra key! Problem solved!!!! That was great trouble-shooting and saved the day! Needless to say, we're very, very happy with the way we've been treated by Bradshaw Acura personnel. We'll be back!

Went on TrueCar.Com searching SUV’s. One of the dealer listings were Radley Acura went to site and saw just what I was looking for an Acura MDX. This truck is awesome Black Copper Pearl exterior and interior is Brown/Chocolate. I absolutely love this vehicle. I claimed the offer got there and everything was hassle free. I was nervous at first because I didn’t know what to expect and I thought it was going to be like other experiences elsewhere just being told and sold. But here at Radley that was not the case, I met a great group of sales person, managers, and financing. From the door out everything was simple and straight forward. What made this experience even BETTER was Mr. Jordan Jenkins (Finance Manager at Radley). Mr. Jenkins omgee was more than awesome if I could give him 10 stars I would. I mean he made the financing process so easy and smooth, he knows his stuff awesome job. He treated me like family as I seen his reaction with anyone he came in contact with. He’s awesome!!! He even came in on his day off to complete my paperwork and to ensure that everything went accordingly. Now that's dedication and what a customer looks for to be treated like your cared about, I got that and more. He was very professional, friendly and all-around cool guy. The finance process was explained in detail was very clear and precise without being pushy and with no surprises. Everyone was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and super helpful! Also, to mention Sean (manager), Karim (sales) was also great. Id Like to start out by praising Blake our dealer! He was super patient with my husband and I and by no means pushy at all. We told him we were interested and gave us his number. He did not call or hound us for this sale. I didn???t feel pressure at all which is a deal breaker for me. He even offered to come on his day off ???the 4th of July??? if that was a better day for me because of my work schedule. However, We were not going to do that to him. We made it there and he took his time with us. We didn???t feel rushed about our decision. I drove and fell in love with my beautiful 2010 Acura. Jeff was equally awesome (the manager). He ran everything through, told us what our best option was and not pushing to put more money down. He gave me the payment that was best for me and all we had to do before we left was put insurance on the car. Jeff did EVERYTHING else. I didn???t have to worry about transferring my tags and he even did a change of address for us. These guys are the best!! I 100% recommend Bradshaw Acura of Greenville! You won???t be disappointed!!

I was blessed to have Edgar Aponte as "my" salesman! Due to family commitments, I was not able to travel to Greenville to look at the dealership's inventory or to purchase my choice of vehicle???a new magic-blue 2016 Volvo XC-70 with off-black interior. My choice of vehicle was based on my research on its cost, features, and its appearance. Contacting the dealership was extremely easy, and Edgar was a salesman dedicated to obtaining the vehicle of my choice! I agree with most that the instrumentation is confounding. I read review where individuals were unhappy with how the transmission shifts. It does shift differently than my prior Sequoia, but I would expect that from a newer vehicle with better fuel efficiency. It handles well, although I have not yet driven it in snow, and accommodates my large family. I expect many years of worry-free, safe driving from an Acura.

Good power and that’s basically the only thing this car has to offer. I had 2015 Pilot before, thinking that going to MDX was an upgrade. In reality not so much. Interior is cramped. No window opening in the back tailgate. Not much storage in it vs Pilot. Bunch of electric issues. I work in IT for a living but I tell you this car has too many buttons in console. Turning on AC is like launching space rocket. Overall bad interior design all together. Another issue is sluggish transmission. In a parking lot or a mall going to reverse and forward just drive you crazy. For the money this car cost, there are better options out there.

We talked with two other Accura dealers, we felt comfortable with Mr. Mike Burgess. Enough to drive 60 miles to Greenville S.C. He did a great job of answering all of our questions and very patient in walking us through the lease process. We felt we got a great vehicle at great price. The wife and I bought a 2013 Infiniti from the guys in the used car department Saturday August 4th. Our salesman Grant Renfro was absolutely fantastic!! He was like dealing with an old friend. Funny, knowledgeable and helpful. His supervisor too was very friendly and helpful; managed to get us a deal we both could be happy with. The finance manager was friendly, not pushy and not condescending. All and all our experience Saturday was five stars!! We???ll definitely use Toyota of Greenville again and for sure Grant Renfo. I contacted Internet Sales on Monday and through a series of texts with Christine Schmidt, set up a test drive for Tuesday. Before we left the lot she showed me some of the features I had been looking for in a pre-owned car. She was knowledgeable and genuine. I have never in all my car buying years--over 40 of them--decided to purchase a vehicle during the test drive until I met Christine. After the paperwork was signed and it was a done deal, she came out to the car with me and quickly--very quickly--paired my cell phone with the car's Bluetooth and had all of my contacts loaded as well. She told me she would be happy to give me a tutorial on all the "techie" features anytime. What a time saver! And I know she meant it.

My wife and I purchased a certified pre-owned 2016 Acura MDX from Bradshaw Acura in July 2018. We saw the vehicle on their website and called to ask a few questions about it before driving an hour to look at it. Our sales person was Aubrey Minns and he was extremely courteous and answered all of our questions and even valued our trade-in and negotiated a final sales price before we even left home to head to the dealership. We had been looking at another MDX at a competitor's dealership and Bradshaw Acura beat their price by several hundred dollars. There were no hidden fees or surprises once we showed up to sign the papers and take delivery of the vehicle and the vehicle was just as described. I would highly recommend Bradshaw Acura and Aubrey Minns to anyone looking for a great pre-owned Acura.

The loaner vehicle was ready to go and waiting was near zero minutes. He routinely kept me updated and the repair team went the extra mile to resolve the issue. The "Acura" labeled mints on the dashboard were a nice touch too. I need a brake job soon and after the experience I had at the Acura Service Center, I am willing to pay a little more to have it serviced at Acura. I know it will be done "better than right" and the service will be perfect! Thanks Pete and the repair team for taking care of me and my RDX; we appreciate it and will be back soon!

I love this vehicle. I have put 80,000 miles. This is my second Acura. Went back after trying BMW and Mercedes. They were to costly to maintain and always had expensive mechanical issues. I have had no mechanical or maintenance issues AT ALL with my Acura

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

We???ve been Honda owners for30+ years and it became time for us to finally retire the minivan. We visited a nearby Honda dealer and left quite "underwhelmed" by both the vehicles we test drove and the salesman who "barely tolerated" us while we did so. On a whim, we decided to stop at Bradshaw Acura to see if an Acura might fit what we wanted. Mike Burgess met us as we were looking through the show room and began answering our questions in a very natural, straight-forward way. He had a very unique way of explaining what various features were, how they might be useful and which features came with version A, B, C, etc. He was not the least bit patronizing or intimidating and he did not seem to be bored by any of our questions. We left Bradshaw that afternoon with very favorable impressions of Mike Burgess, Bradshaw Acura and Acura vehicles in general. After several weeks of contemplating, we ended up choosing the MDX and again were surprised by the competitive offers we received from Mike and the Bradshaw team for the MDX itself as well as for our trade. After we finalized the deal, we began to dread the upcoming ???showdown??? with the finance manager. However, we were surprised once again by how painless the paperwork process actually was in the end. Battery Problem

Overall the vehicle has been good except that I have had to have towed in twice. The dealer in MN tested the electrical system and the battery and told me they put in a different battery. After the car had to be towed in the 2nd time I found out they had not replaced the battery and they did the 2nd time and have not had a problem since.

By 8:15 I received a nice message from Christine. We were able to arrange a quick test drive that day. Also they allowed me to take the vehicle to my Honda-Acura mechanic. That took 1:00. The next day my daughter test drove it and we bought it. Throughout Christine was professional, friendly, helpful and extremely informative! A FANTASTIC buying experience!

The current 2018 MDX is a very good and popular crossover. And in typical Acura form... they've managed to produce a vehicle that has versatility and value. One that has three rows for expanded carpooling, but is a bit smaller than many competitors; one that has a bevy of tech and safety features; and one that is incredibly smooth. For me, a single guy about to turn 30, I made the switch from the TLX sedan to this over 4,000-pound beast for a few reasons (none of which include needing room for 7 haha). But in making that switch, I knew things were going to feel different in terms of driving dynamics. And overall though, I can say it's been fairly seamless and that the MDX was a very familiar feel... highly typical when sticking with the same brand. And while on occasion it feels a tad big (like when parallel parking or weaving through the tight side-streets of a southern New England milltown), overall, I can easily say it drives smaller than it is... which is definitely a plus. Having a wider, more athletic stance its sister Honda Pilot helps it feel very planted in corners and not very top-heavy. The front seats are some of the most comfortable I've ever sat in (and as a car enthusiast, I've been in a lot of different cars). The Tech Package upgrades the sound system, which is absolutely fantastic and highly recommended for audiophiles like myself. Additionally, the Tech Package gives you Navigation, a slew of safety features, and remote start. And I can honestly say, even though it's only been in one snow storm so far, this car may as well be a plow. It's excellent! You actually work hard to get it out of shape, which tells me the traction control, SH-AWD, etc. are all doing their job. Unfortunately though, it's still lacking in some areas, the biggest being the power and drivetrain. I'm sorry Honda, but the ZF-9-speed transmission is garbage! After all the issues that Chrysler has had with it in their vehicles, I see Honda's implementation of it in their vehicles, in a luxury line no less, as an abysmal failure. It's wonky from a dead stop: if you baby it, you go no where... but if you give it any gas, it surges you forward like a rocket (but not in a good way). Believe me, I love a car that can get-up-and-go... but if ever I find a car I like has a ZF 9-Speed Automatic in it again, I'll cross it off my list and keep on looking... I don't care how much I like it. The V6 has a good, throaty sound (as throaty as you can get from a luxury crossover) and it provides decent but underwhelming power, something I attribute to the transmission too. Unlike the potent direct-injection 4-Cylinder I had in the TLX with the 8-Speed Dual-Clutch Transmission (a match made in heaven, IMO), the big single-overhead-cam V6 just doesn't deliver with the low-end torque, particularly at highway speeds. Yes, it's the "corporate V6", but it's aging... quickly! If I need to pass someone, I find I have to downshift at least two gears just to get going again. A larger turbo would probably be awesome in an MDX (like the 300+ HP 2.3L EcoBoost found in the Ford Mustang). Mate something like that with a better transmission (maybe the 7-speed dual-clutch found in the Sport Hybrid model?) and I think the results would be fantastic! Another part of the car I'm not thrilled with are the brakes. They are strong and quite smooth, but man, they creek incessantly. Every time I'm stopped, when I release the pedal to accelerate, I hear a creek from the brake caliber releasing. For a $50K luxury crossover this is unacceptable, and sadly, it's something Acura has had issues with in their SH-AWD vehicles going back to the 2012 TL! There is also (at least in my 2018) a squeal when hopping on and off the brakes, mostly when reversing (i.e.: when backing into a spot, etc.). I've had two dealers look at the problem... one couldn't figure it out so I received the "it's normal for the car" answer, and the other dealer thought they figured it out but I've heard it since. Not as often, but I've heard it. My concluding thoughts? For the money, the MDX is a really good buy and it IS a really good car. Would I lease another though? Well, it highly depends on what the alleged 2020 redesign brings to the table, because there is room for improvement. One can only hope the redesigned MDX gains more athleticism and power that mimics its smaller sibling, the RDX, while maintaining the smoothness and comfort MDX buyers love.

This was the only vehicle that caught my eye. I had my Nissan for 13 years and decided to upgrade and I’m happy the Acura MDX did just that. Smooth ride & very comfy compared to my Murano. I was able to find a 2016 with under 26,000 miles at a great price so that makes me love it even more !! :)

We scheduled our appointment online for its B1 service and dropped the car off the night before leaving the keys in the drop-box. There must have been some confusion as to what service we had scheduled as Pete attempted to contact us several times throughout the morning to confirm the service we had scheduled while advising they would not be able service the car until they were able to verify the service we were expecting. Pete was persistent in his efforts to reach us (calling all of the numbers on file) and extremely professional, courteous and genuine in all of the messages left. We finally connected around 10am and our car was serviced to our satisfaction and ready for pick-up by 2pm. We couldn't have asked for a better service professional in Pete, he went out of his way to ensure we were taken care of! Thank you Pete!!! Suggestion: when dropping the keys in the drop-box they go through the slot and land on the floor; I would recommend there is a basket or box of some sort to catch the keys to prevent any possible damage to the key fob. Fortunately we did not experience any damage to the fob however I would expect preventative measures would be taken!

Overall it does the job. It shut down on us 1 time traveling on highway out of state. Went from 70mph to nothing at all and had to pull over on highway. Found out there was a software glitch they had to fix. Was a little scary.
