Customer Experience is Top Priority!

I thought I had great service at another dealership here in the Ozarks, but when I arrived for my first routine service after purchasing my TLX, nothing before compares to the experience I had at Acura of Springfield. I had the pleasure of being greeted by Jana upon arrival and she was both friendly and professional. It was the total experience! I said my name, and she took it from there. Nothing was standard about it. She knew why I was there, she asked if I was enjoying my car, she asked if I had any questions or concerns and she asked if there was anything I needed while my car was being serviced? I chose to wait for my car, there in the customer waiting area, and it was clean, quiet and very accommodating. The value of time is priceless and Jana kept me updated on the timeline of service. I love my Acura and I love that Acura of Springfield loves that I love my Acura and they aren't afraid to show it!! Thanks Jesse for introducing me to my car and thank you to Jana and the service team for keeping it BEAUTIFUL and running safely!! I will not go anywhere else :)
