2016 MDX noisy rear suspension problem

I want to compliment both Pete (service advisor), and Jeff (service manger) for the professional manner in which they handled my service issue with the rear suspension noise. This problem has been identified on many internet sites, where MDX owners have voiced their anger that Acura has not adequately addressed the rear suspension issues. So when my MDX started exhibiting the same type of noise, I naturally dreaded the idea that I would have the same issue of getting the problem corrected. I was very pleased with Pete's response, he immediately asked Jeff to test ride in the MDX. I invited Jeff to ride in the back seat, and he heard the noisy suspension before we even left the parking lot. Jeff informed me to my great relief, that Acura had recently issued, a TSB on the rear shocks, and the dealership had recently successfully replaced them on another MDX under warranty, and was confident that the root cause of the problem had been Identified. Apparently the OEM shocks supplier, product did not meet Acura specs, and as a result experienced early failure. Jeff arranged a loaner MDX for me and indicated the parts would be delivered the next day, and my car would be ready next day. He also called me several times to update me, when the parts arrived and later to give me a estimated time my car would be ready. Outstanding communications! I picked my MDX and no noise, just quiet enjoyment. Plus I no longer had to listen in silence, as my wife complained of noisy $50K car. Priceless!
