Bought a new car. The car salesperson was awesome. First, I called to check the availability. It was in stock; 1 hour later, it was sold and he called me to let me know. Thats okay because that car was heavily discounted. I contacted him again for a car with higher trim. Over the course of one week, he worked with his manager to get me the best deal. I bought the car the following weekend. The car salesperson showed great patience, treated my family with respect and kindness. The dealership paperwork process was straightforward. No headaches. I finished in 1 hour.

I've been driving this SUV for 32 mos. and can say that I love the acceleration and overall handling. However,the suspension is not the best (they saved the best for the Type-S). The gas mileage is just ok but you are driving a great sounding V6 versus a screaming 4-cyl. turbo. I never liked the look of prior generations and was very surprised by the stunning styling of this generation. I'm fine with the infotainment pad, it works great except for the phone charging pad which is junk. I could go either way for a touchscreen but I think that may be more distracting

Very nice vehicle with good size and features. I knew what I was getting into with the infotainment system and it is fine despite a few bugs. The brakes are an issue though. The overall feel of the brake pedal was unique when I purchased it. Now two years after purchase, the dealership is saying that my brakes are squeaking because they are glazed from heavy use. I'm not a fast drive and have no need for hard braking so there is a flaw in the design

My X5's starter wasn't working and the Rockville dealer was able to get my car in immediately to have it looked at. The mechanics determined that the starter needed to be replaced. Ali worked with the insurance company to cover the repair under my extended warranty. In addition, Ali went above and beyond and offered me a loaner car for over a week so I wouldn't have to postpone my family vacation while my car was being serviced. That's great service!

Brought my MDX in for timing belt replacement and could not have been more impressed and pleased. The whole dealership was full of Pohanka workers that were all professional, courteous and helpfull. I love my new MDX. It is really fun to drive, as it handles well and is extremely responsive. The interior is very plush. The tech takes some getting used to, for sure — for instance, for the life of me, I cannot figure out why it shuts off whatever audio I am listening to when my phone syncs to it (CarPlay). I have the Aspec, and am still shocked that when out-the-door costs are nearly 75k (accessories, extended warranty, taxes, financing), how are heated steering wheel and key fob remote start not standard!!? You can get a vehicle at half the price with those features!!

I was reluctant to try this dealer since they had a lot of bad reviews. I did notice most were for service and not sales so I thought I would reach out to sales. I was an out of state buyer and Antimo made it very easy. We agreed on a price, paperwork was emailed and physically mailed, no added fees, and I arranged for shipping. Brad, the finance guy did not push extra add-ons. Couldn't have been easier.

I went through the processes inquiring about a vehicle and although in the end I decided on a different one outside of this dealership, I felt the the whole process was very transparent, no hassle, courteous, and professional. We decided to purchase a couple of Jeeps. Ourisman was the only place that had the model we wanted so I decided to make the trip from NM. I thought is was a crazy idea but with the pandemic going on it seemed fitting to do something crazy. I had pleasant experience. So ended up buying 2 Jeeps and because the transport was 2 months out I flew there twice. The guys are fantastic. The price we agreed on is the price I paid. People should be able to understand the advertised price includes incentives they might not qualify for. It is the name of the game. But look at the bottom line and likely the price from Ourisman will be better than the rest. The sales person was great and Younes, the general manager, as well as Simo, the sales manager, make the buying experience pleasant.
