I've been driving this SUV for 32 mos. and can say that I love the acceleration and overall handling. However,the suspension is not the best (they saved the best for the Type-S). The gas mileage is just ok but you are driving a great sounding V6 versus a screaming 4-cyl. turbo. I never liked the look of prior generations and was very surprised by the stunning styling of this generation. I'm fine with the infotainment pad, it works great except for the phone charging pad which is junk. I could go either way for a touchscreen but I think that may be more distracting

Very nice vehicle with good size and features. I knew what I was getting into with the infotainment system and it is fine despite a few bugs. The brakes are an issue though. The overall feel of the brake pedal was unique when I purchased it. Now two years after purchase, the dealership is saying that my brakes are squeaking because they are glazed from heavy use. I'm not a fast drive and have no need for hard braking so there is a flaw in the design

Cameron was a fantastic help and really knew he’s stuff about the car. He easily related his personal experience with these cars as well his over knowledge as a car guy. We test drove three different vehicles. He made sure our experience was as seamless and pleasant as possible. He took over our appointment from Joel who had a family emergency to take care of. We ended up leasing a 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy Hybrid. It’s a fantastic vehicle and we love it.! In the seven cars, I’ve purchased over the past 30+ years. This was hands-down. The best customer service experience I have ever had. Next year I’m hoping to buy a 2023 Genesis GV70 electrified from them. Overall I received EXCELLENT customer service! Two 👍🏼👍🏼

I love my new MDX. It is really fun to drive, as it handles well and is extremely responsive. The interior is very plush. The tech takes some getting used to, for sure — for instance, for the life of me, I cannot figure out why it shuts off whatever audio I am listening to when my phone syncs to it (CarPlay). I have the Aspec, and am still shocked that when out-the-door costs are nearly 75k (accessories, extended warranty, taxes, financing), how are heated steering wheel and key fob remote start not standard!!? You can get a vehicle at half the price with those features!!

Excellent customer service and finally a dealership that is working with the customer! Non pushy sales that makes you hate buying a car. Mike Cash was an excellent salesperson as for the rest of their team was. Walked in at 9am and was out driving the car 2 hours later. Smooth transaction. Will buy again from auto lenders even being located a 1000 miles away. Thank you auto lenders.

Very pleased with Alex the sales person and Alex the manager for helping me with buying my 2025 Lexus. I always purchase Mercedes Benz but they were very helpful in telling me all about the Lexus especially the maintenance and warranty. They even help me find the right color and affordable price. Hats off to both gentleman for being kind and patient with me. Sometimes, I can be very difficult to deal with but they were very convincing. Lexus of Tampa Bay is the best!
