I have appointment for service. Stood and waited for over 5 minutes for someone to approach or help me but nobody came. Two staff was there by the computer. I tried to talked to one n i have to say excuse me twice before he even answer and look at me. He said that someone will come and talk to me when someone is available. A few minutes later same person I talked to approach me and asked what he can do for me. Didn't even say hi. After my service is done he said your air filter is dirty n hand me my keys n left. Didn't even tell me where my car is n i have to look for it. Very bad customer service. Unbelievable.

I requested an on line quote on a 2016 Honda Accord and got an almost immediate reply with a very competitive offer. I liked the up front approach taken with the offer.The offer was significantly lower than the No haggle Walser dealer in the Twin Cities area. The follow up was appropriate without being stalking. I ended up purchasing from my local Honda dealer who priced matched and wasn't a 100 miles further away. I almost felt guilty about not purchasing from Brookdale as the on line process was so smooth. I don't usually do reviews , however this was a very pleasant experience. I will be contacting this dealership again in the future for my next vehicle purchase.
I put in an order for a 2018 Toyota Highlander without AWD. It had all the other features I wanted, especially the color and trailer hitch. I thought I could live without AWD. After a few days I called back to cancel and get a refund of my deposit. The salesperson asked why and I told him the car did not have AWD and I decided not to buy because of that. He said ok and forwarded my call to the person who would refund my deposit. I got the refund in 3 days.

I have no real complaints about this car. I handes well, great acceleration and a comfortable ride. There is plenty of room for me inside to fit my bike or golf clubs.
My only complaints is the need for high test gas and the backup camera makes no sound when an object is directly behind you only on side objects moving toward you.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

Although I’ve only had it for four days. So far I’m really enjoying my new Vehicle. I love the sunroof, leather seats, navigation system and the Bluetooth. Most of all I love the way it drives .
When I called service at the dealership about my concern they could have easily told me to wait to make sure it happened consistently. Instead they told me to,bring it in, gave me a great loaner and spent the rest of the day and next to ensure there were no problems. Never did I feel my concern was being marginalized .
Prompt and professional service. Staff respected my my time constraints to complete necessary tasks! Service representative listened to my needs and exceeded my expectations. I will continue to return to Bloomington Acura!
I have always received the best service from Luther Bloomington Subaru. I have had Jake Bies as my service advisor the last few times I've needed to get service done on my Outback and he has been terrific! I'm also very impressed how Subaru has backed their product via their own extended warranties on certain components. I also love how they have provided a free loaner for me when I'm unable to wait or a repair takes more time.
Shea was really helpful to not just myself, but a friend of mine as well. I came to the dealership wanting to know what I needed to trade my car for a new one and he made me felt like my opinion matters and was very engaging and knowledgeable.
Perfect combination of sporty, luxury, practical.

Plenty of power, nice luxury features, lots of interior room, great looks and very reliable so far. I recommend this vehicle if you need to transport your family but also want something that is fun to drive and has some luxury features and looks great.
Sent an email inquiring about a vehicle and got a response. Responded to dealers email asking about hours of the business to possibly schedule a test drive and received no response. Recommend calling or just stopping by to look at a vehicle.

I just bought this certified and I love it. I go the dark blue w the tech pkg. The V6 is responsive. The ride is smooth as silk. Comfy interior. Roomy. Sharp styling. The integrated phone and navigation are buggy. Wish it had Apple Car play (new ones do) but wanted the v6. I wanted AWD and a small SUV that is reliable and fun to drive with some pep. This gave me everything I wanted.
It's my third Acura. I love the brand for it's reliability and value. My last car I had for 11 years and 151K miles and it still ran great.
I got help right away when I got there. I was also able to test drive the car that I had came to look at. Easy!

This is the most comfortable, easy to handle, car I’ve ever driven. I love the luxury and classiness of the vehicle! Knowing it’s Honda made, gives me a great sense of peace because of it’s dependability.
Dealer was very friendly and did not push us. We were in a bit of a hurry, and they did their best to get us through the process quickly. They were a little slow on the paperwork (we needed a loan) due to other customers at the same time, otherwise I would have given them a 5 star.

I just purchased this RDX and I have to say, it meets or exceeds my expectations. Quiet, comfortable, responsive and easy to handle. I felt completely at home the moment I sat behind the wheel. It has all the functionality I would need or want and is a very nice looking vehicle. Absolutely love this car!
Great attitudes, very pleasant and timely with service. The service cost are very competitive. I???ve come to trust their work. They only do what???s needed.
