I was on the search for a clean Corvette for quite some time and came across the model at Hendrick Acura. Ultimately, I didn't purchase that particular one but still wanted to recognize the fantastic experience I had working with Emmitt. I don't live near the store so Emmitt made a few videos showcasing certain features to help give me peace of mind which I had never experienced before with any other dealership. His above and beyond service was very welcomed and I truly wish I could have purchased the vehicle from him. I ended up getting a higher trim level from a store in my city but even then, their service doesn't touch what Emmitt provided. Having purchased only new vehicles my entire life, I found myself in need of buying my girlfriend a certified used vehicle from a local Honda dealership. Because he did not try to upsell us, but rather did his best to educate us on what would work well, (coming in on his day-off to finalize the deal), I must commend Carmax and its associates for providing a memorable experience. Also, I was thankful that Dashau helped expedite the process when we completed the paperwork; what a breeze! 2.5 years ago I hit a deer. With no headlight, they worked me in and took excellent care of getting my truck repaired and back to me. Recently my A/C stopped working. The condenser had failed. The condenser sits next to the radiator and had been replaced during the repair. They again replaced it at no cost to me, way past the one year mark. I am impressed with their integrity.
