This was my first time having to go to this Service department since this is my first Acura. First of all I want to let you know that Yves Vrnoga who wrote up my order was very professional and extremely helpful. My service was to pick up my key number 1. I had no idea that this takes around 90 minutes because of programming. I was so greatful that they drove me somewhere where I could wait and did some errands. even though there was a mix up and I have to return for key I highly recommend this service department. They took care of me. The only drawback is I live in Brentwood and have to return.
I have purchased over 50 cars in my life, and NEVER did a dealer feedback review . . . Until now with Sewell Mini of Plano! Purchased a 2016 used Clubman last week and was totally impressed with the sales person (Hunter), his boss (Michael), inventory selection, facilities and price/value.
This was the second Mini purchased from this dealer: foolishly traded it (2015 4 door hardtop) and after a year wanted to buy another. Shopped 5 other dealers, and tried 8 Minis. Ended up at Sewell and made the purchase because of my good experience in the past (sales & Service) and they had the best deal! Price was very competitive (but you should not take their initial “list” price too seriously), car was certified (100,000 miles or 7 years), great repair facilities, nice people, and location (next to Costco . . . can shop while service is completed).
My second purchase from this dealership. Fast, courteous, friendly, professional service staff who aim to please and win the trust of each customer. Tim Sechrest was able to put my wife in a pre-owned certified vehicle she absolutely loves. Thanks Tim.
We purchased a certified 2010 ZDX in the summer of 2013. My wife and I really enjoy the ride. I have found maintaining the car at Jay Wolfe Acura to be painless.
The experience has been so good we purchased a 2017 certified RDX for my wife to drive.
I've been a customer for over 13 years. All cars purchased by the family have the support of not only the original salesman [ yes, still there!] but everyone that has since been involved...the service is the most friendly, supportive and transparent. Can't forget to thank everyone in the Lounge that makes you feel comfortable when you do have to wait for service completion!! Awesome! Finally time to trade in the 7-yr old and move on to new technology-- the experience was fantastic! This is a dealership that others try to imitate.
Not only was my service experience EXCELLENT as always, the friendliness of the staff went above and beyond my expectations. The service rep that helped me, explained everything in detail, kept me updated about the progress of my vehicle, and when my car was finished he walked me out to my car to make sure everything was in working condition. That is great customer service!
They worked hard to make things happen. They never settled even when the deal got tough. They found out ways to make it happen and they truly cared which meant a lot. Great team effort from the salesman all the way up to the sales manager etc. great team great people awesome company.
Came in to see a car that I saw online. It was a 2008 RDX. Car was very clean. Car drove well. All clean inside. Got a bit off the listed price and picked up the car the next day. Car was detailed and had oul changed too. Drove home. Battery though was weak and died at home. Brought car back and they put new bateery in on a Saturday first thing. Took less than 30 min. Great customer service...
I like sitting down at the desk and working with Charlotte and Matt in the service desk. It's more personable that way and they are able to look up my history on their computer and tell me if I have any special deals coming to me. They are both pleasant to work with and they are the reasons why I keep coming back to Joe Rizza Acura to have my service instead of the dealer where I bought my car from. I hate going thru the express. I hate having to stand outside of my car and explaining what I need to have done to my car and signing papers. It's not personable and I found myself juggling my purse and other items I had with me to sign the papers they handed me to sign in order to have my car service.
Went to just look and test drive the Volkswagen Atlas. Fell in love with the way it drove. We couldn't ask for a better salesman Rob Ibarra. He was not pushy, explained everything and worked with us till we had a deal. Hopefully sending you another deal in a few weeks.

I had the pleasure of working with Mike Mitchell on my new 2019 Acura MDX company lease vehicle He took the time to show me all of the new unique features of the car and also made arrangements to detail the 2015 MDX that was coming off lease. All in all an excellent experience with Mike and everyone at Leith Acura!
We. Quit using this dealership 5 years ago based on their high pressures sales techniques- swore we would never go back to Germaine.
with new ownership we stopped by for a second price comparison -frankly not expecting much.we talked with Austin and 20 minutes later we bought a new Tacoma from him. No pressures , honorable sales person- great manager, perfect and easy experience- VERY impressed!
Asad did a exceptional job assisting us in finding the right car. Everything went smooth and I am sure that we will return if there ever will be a need for a new Acura..
