The process was very thorough. Everyone was friendly and helpful. My sales associate Hassan was wonderful! Made sure my visit was perfect from the moment I walked in the doors to the moment I drove off.
I like sitting down at the desk and working with Charlotte and Matt in the service desk. It's more personable that way and they are able to look up my history on their computer and tell me if I have any special deals coming to me. They are both pleasant to work with and they are the reasons why I keep coming back to Joe Rizza Acura to have my service instead of the dealer where I bought my car from. I hate going thru the express. I hate having to stand outside of my car and explaining what I need to have done to my car and signing papers. It's not personable and I found myself juggling my purse and other items I had with me to sign the papers they handed me to sign in order to have my car service.
Once you go to a few dealers you start to see a trend of how they just want to sell you a car. This was one of my last three places on my list to visit but it easily became my last. The salesman, Bryan Garcia I believe, was extremely helpful and broke away from that role of a pushy salesman. He answered all my questions and made me really feel like he actually cared I left happy. For all future car purchases I will definitely be coming to Bryan first for help before anyone else. I could have hoped for a better experience.
While browsing for a new ILX I spoke with Tony Vukosavljevic and was extremely satisfied in his friendly, honest, and informative approach to helping me in my search. I will be considering all my options and definitely will be visiting Tony again when I'm ready to make a purchase.

This was my first time buying a car so I wasn’t really sure what to do. The person that helped me was Bryan Garcia. He was honest and trustworthy which I appreciate since I am new to all of this. I just graduated from college so I felt like he understood where I was coming from. Even though I wasn’t able to buy the car at the moment I know that when I’m ready I can go back to Bryan.

My husband and I are on the market for a new or gently used car. We stopped into this location and the atmosphere was amazing. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a gentleman named Kanton. He took the time to get to know our needs and made a stressful process so easy. Not only did Kanton probe for our needs and wants in a vehicle....he listened and made sure the cars we viewed had some if not all of the features we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He is one of the best salesman we have encountered on our new car journey. Although, we did not make a purchase.....we will definitely keep Kanton in mind when making our final decision.
