Jarratt and Kris were so patient and accommodating. I called on a Thursday, letting them know exactly what I was looking for and the quick turn around that I needed. Jarratt took every text and call with no annoyance. They sent me the credit application and went with the bank of my choice. When I got there they had my car and paperwork ready. Kris took his time to explain all of my options financially. They have won a customer out of me. Hands down a ten out of ten. And the to put the icing on the cake, the owner was working just like everyone else. Top tier establishment!!!! I drove in from New York just to purchase my car from this location and I will do it again in a heartbeat!!!!

The Call Center over books the repair center, 1 day turns to 3 this needs to be addressed. Along with not enough loner autos being available. Service Reps are awesome! This happens on a regular basis, they are not equipped to service 70+ vehicles a day; so all this does is tick off the client & leave them scrambling to find transportation while their vehicle is in there for 2, 3, 4 days or more! Please resolve this issue!

Went to see and test drive the vehicle the next day where I ended up signing the papers. Brought check and picked up the following day! Overall very good and quick transaction.
