These guys do a great job making sure I get my service needs met. I am particular about dealers sticking to their warranty and that's one of the best 'features' of Fette. I never get a hard time about warranty claims. They always have a loaner waiting for me. Would by from them again.
The very few 2019 CX5 are just trickling down to dealer lots at this time (11/2018). Ramsey Mazda did not have our color/future combination so we bought the car from another lot. Even so I ended up purchasing my new 2019 CX5 from another dealership I wanted to take a moment to share an outstanding service Joseph Guadalupe from Ramsey Mazda has provided to my wife and I. We test drove CX5 with Joe and he was guiding us, answering many questions honestly for several weeks before we bought the car. He was genuine, responsive, very professional, knowledgable, calm, no pressure and extremely helpful. Even when I told him I will be buying the car from another dealer he remained true, understanding and did not put any pressure on us. I would not hesitate to recommend Ramsey Mazda and Joe to my family and friends.
The rating I gave was very good because this experience was an exceptional one and the first time with a luxury vechicle and top rated dealership. I was recommended to the Pepe Infinity dealership my a family member who does business there and I will refer others to that dealership as well in the future.

We had the Best buying experience with Mark Ferguson..he is an awesome sale person..who take our demand very seriously and tried to meet all our need..he is extremely patience and a man that keep his words. We had purchased a preowned certify 2019 Qx50 with only 7000 miles include all the bells and whistles for $44k. We live an hour and half from the dealer therefore we won???t need their free oil change and we had addressed that to Mark to see if he can do any better on the price..and he as a man of his words, talked to the manager and marked the price down $500 less and I still have the same warranty with free oil change for a year..my fiance complained abt a rough half xxx paint job on the base of the bumper..he said he will take care of it..and he did..smooth as a baby xxx..Chris Frey the Finance manager also an awesome person too. Thanks Pepe INFINITI for the Best service We weren???t too fond of the woman that sit in the front desk, she wasn???t too happy to be Greeting the customers..otherwise an absolutely 4.5 stars Su & Jenny

From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was met with friendly service, which made me feel at ease. I spoke to Cody, Roger and Scott during my process and never felt pressured. They were focused on me as a potential customer and answered all my questions. I have been looking at used Mercedes Benz for months but never felt welcomed by salesman at other dealerships. I would buy from these guys again. They are awesome and you won’t be disappointed.

I did the usual research on the 2 or 3 vehicles I was considering for a lease and begain the ???dreaded??? dealer visits on the Black Friday weekend. Each visit , Honda, Toyota, Mazda, Hyundai, was the typical ???what do I need to do to get you in the car today??? with the usual visit by the manager etc etc. Pricing ALWAYS started high and slowly came down as I expressed my requirements. This all changed when I went to Wantagh Mazda. I met Ken the self proclaimed manager of ???smiles & laughs???. He listened to my needs and gave me honest answers and pricing and in two days I was in my new Mazda. Supprisingly for car buying I did smile and had a few laughs as well. If you are looking for a Mazda you need to go to Wantagh Mazda
Schultz Ford of West Haverstraw New York- If you are looking for a Ford this is the place to go. This dealer brought me back to a place 30+ years ago, when your local car dealer actually knew your name and actually cared about repeat business. Yes, if you???re into the high pressure chaotic wall street trading floor zoo- then this is NOT the place for you. Do your homework online first and take a look at what they have in stock. Keep in mind they have another store in Nanuet NY and they can get you just about any Ford vehicle to your liking. When I arrived, I was greeted by Rose who did a great job making me feel right at home. They had the car I was interested in ready and waiting in the back. Clyde brought the car I was to test drive around and showed me the highlights of the car. After a nice test drive up scenic route 9w I returned to the showroom. Due to my situation with the VW "Dieselgate" class action lawsuit I was unable to negotiate a deal then and there. I met with Brian the sales manager who reviewed the financials of the vehicle that I was interested in. We stayed in touch over the next couple of weeks as to the status of the buyback of my vehicle from VW. The day they took my VW back I called over to Brian and we worked out the final deal over the phone (Luckily the car I test drove was still available). Again, as I said "no pressure" at all... I filled out the financial information online and was pre-approved within minutes. Clyde called my insurance company and added the car to my policy. All I needed to do was sign the papers. Due to a scheduling conflict, we needed to take the car that day. Because we arrived after service hours Brian the Sales Manager was actually washing my car in the service bay. I was amazed by the Roll your sleeves up attitude here! You would never get this from a Prima-Donna NJ dealer. I've never experienced service like this at any dealer before. We live an hour away in New Jersey (The home of high pressure sleazy car dealers!) We could have shopped the "Auto Malls" locally but we would never have had the level of customer service that we experienced at Schultz Ford of West Haverstraw. This dealer truly goes out of their way to earn your business. What a great buying experience! We will be back for our next Ford. I???m not sure when that???ll be, our Expedition has over 130k miles on it and is still running strong (Knock on wood!) Ford has come a long way in building quality products.
Having my Cadillac serviced at Sarant couldn't be easier. They don't have a swanky waiting room like you find at some other luxury car dealerships, but every employee there truly makes you feel like a valued customer, from the service manager to the custodial staff.
