Very excited to share that we bagged a fabulous deal with the dealership and after looking and talking to many other car dealerships and test driving vehicles we finally ended up taking the Acura Zdx without even a test drive because of the kind of service that these guys provided. I have purchased two vehicles from Auto Nation Acura, mainly because of the service department. They take very good care of me, being a woman, I really appreciate them treating me equal. When I tell them about a noise, they stay with it until they hear it, then fixes it. Mario and Matthew are always so very respectful. They always make me feel home while I?m there, send a video of the mechanic working on my car, and telling me exactly what is being done, and what needs to be done soon.

Excellent service from Sanford AutoNation. Made my appointment, did what I needed done, they now have a video of the tech that is sent to customer after the car inspection so you see what they've done, hear why they did it. What a great service.

Mr. Furman Byrd Is it very cool helpful experience salesman at Curry Acura He makes everything seems so easy. I was nervous when I went to the dealership but Mr. Byrd cool experience ways calm me down quickly and let everything seem as 1.2.3.He shows and tells me everything about the car. He also told me to call him anytime if I have any problem with the car.Mr.Byrd is the best carsalesman l have worked with. A year ago i manifested in getting a 2020 MDX. Wanted black but then months ago i test drove a used dark grey one from a used car dealership in Watertown. Test drove and didn’t like it. This is one of the largest CarMax that I've been to and they have quite a selection of cars. The salesperson was not pushy and were very friendly. The salesperson I worked with was Felicia and she was exceptionally great. I would highly recommend this dealership because of her superb customer service, knowledge of cars, and hospitality.

My experience at Crown Acura was truly exceptional. From walking in just to ask a few questions, to coming in the very next day to close on a new car, Matthew and Acura was helpful every step of the way. Never once did he try to “hard sell” me. Buying a used 2012 VW Jetta for my Daughter's 16th birthday. Found the car on Cars.com, submitted a question to see if vehicle was still available, and immediately received a response. Went to see and test drive the vehicle the next day where I ended up signing the papers. Brought check and picked up the following day! Overall very good and quick transaction. Knowledgeable Sales Rep who even followed up and answered questions the following week!
