I called to check on the status of a car we asked to be shipped from Myrtle Beach to Dothan, Alabama. The lady I spoke with was prompt and professional in determining where it was and what was happening with it. She also gave me a revised estimate as to when it would arrive in Dothan.

Most comfortable car I've ever owned. Very smooth and quiet ride. Great car for taking long trips. Excellent sound system. The 3.5 liter engine is a tried and true highly reliable, efficient engine.

I was interested in a Nissan NV 2500. Viewing several of these vehicles on cars.com and other sites. I decided to make the trip to Trust Auto in Maryland from West Virginia. About a 4 1/2 hour trip. I had talked to David on the phone to make sure the Nissan was still available and explained when I could be there to look over the vehicle. We made the trip in good time only running into one delay. Upon meeting David he brought the vehicle up to the front of the dealership and told us to inspect it, which is what we did. I had two top mechanic with me. While we knew the vehicle had been in an accident, the repair work was very well done on found a few bolts missing. One in the valance and the other from the inner fender. This could have been from the accident or just from being a service vehicle. A little over 94,000 miles on it. The detail shop did a great job on their work. Very chean for sure. After running the computer test, we took the Nissan NV for a test drive. It did not disappoint. Extremely happy with everything we saw and felt during the test drive. Steering was solid and tracked well. No pull to either side while driving. Throttle response was perfect as well as the braking system. The comfort of the Nissan NV was Avery pleasant surprise. The ride was almost as good as my Lincoln MKZ, almost.😎 Much like a 2006 GMC dually I had in 2007. Very nice. When returning to the dealership myself and the two mechanics talked things over and decided to go to the next step. After a little negotiation we settled on a fair price and made the purchase. David was very kind to us and I feel like we got a great deal. We finished the paperwork and was ready to leave but we were blocked in by another vehicle. I backed back into the parking spot when one of the ladies that worked there said she would move the vehicle so we could be on our way. She came back within a few minutes moved the vehicle and with a big beautiful smile waved goodbye to us as we left. That truly made my day😇. Trust Auto in my opinion is a great dealership and when I need another vehicle, they will be the first ones I will go to. I bought a 2014 RLX Acura is comfortable the back seat is sooo roomy. The Italian leathers seats are very soft best leather I’ve seen in a car. Rides soo smooth but it’s all about the tires. I took out extra warranty when I bought car. There is a recall on rear actuators I had mines replace. I will stay in the Acura family. I’m so sorry they stop making RLX in 2021 what a luxury car. The best Acura ever made and haven’t made another luxury car since.

I have a problem with the interior sunvisor fell apart. It’s over $400. I really can’t afford that but overall the car been a good car nice looking resale value I think should be higher and now I’m worried about the recall in the 3.5 engines something I didn’t expect, Robert

Great continuation of the original Acura Legend I bought 30 years ago is present in the Acura RLX. We bought the top of the line with all the "Nanny Features" to keep my 88 Y.O. Father safe and confident while driving around town; and to use for touring and road trips. Lane departure warning helped him avoid an accident the first week. We were always on the brake before the brake warning light lit up. No one seems to know when we are using bluetooth, and Dad could always hear the other party. It was also his first car with backup camera; so glad this is standard for all cars today. Gas Mileage has been as high as 32 mpg on secondary highways. Finally leaving on a long road trip in the Acura, but without my Father who passed early this year.

My RLX is 🔥 I love this car it’s stylish, smooth,comfortable I would definitely recommend this family and friends ppl are sleeping on Acura go get you one.

I have done business with Davie and Stev e for the last 8 years. In that time, I purchased a pristine 2018 Toyota Tacoma that was excellent condition and priced very competitively. In fact, the local Toyota store offered me $1200 more for it 4 months later when having an oil change. This was a cash offer. So yes, great truck and amazing price. Recently they sold my son's car on consignment. The y netted us about 1500 more than any other dealer offer to pay for it. This was a WIN-WIN-WIN! I recently purchased a 2007 Honda CRV FWD LX at the Camp Hill location, with Barry as my salesman. He helped me purchase the vehicle as quickly as I needed, as I was in a pinch and liked this one a lot. However, I noticed it pulled to the right a bit while driving it. Barry offered to take care of the alignment issue, no questions asked. His mechanic Scott took care of everything and my car now drives better than any SUV I've driven in my short lifetime. A lot of these reviews I see are known issues for the type of vehicle they were buying, so I'm not surprised. I'd recommend this place and Barry/Scott anytime.
