Last weekend, I purchased my third car with Acura Carland and I have to say, there has been a complete turn around here. Previous experiences had me not wanting to even step foot in this dealership, but I am SO glad I did! I walked in not expecting much, but not only were they able to help with concerns I had with my old car, they were able to get me into a new one that fit all of my needs. Thank you Robert, Jimmy, and Primevere for taking care of me and making me feel apart of Acura Carland. I honestly can not say enough amazing things about you all. I also have to mention that the service department is great as well. I had an issue with my apt. complex and parking the loaner car and Lakisha took care of it, no questions asked. I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! You're such a great employee and that deserves recognition.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It was a great car shopping experience. Not pushy and actually wanted to help me. I would definitely buy another car there as well as recommend to others. My sales rep Matt Aeyers was wonderful as well as the finance Dept.
The reason I bought my vehicle in for service at Ed Voyles is Al McGowan... I followed him here from Nalley Acura. I trust Ed, when it comes to his customers, he makes double sure that you get the service that you pay for, his integrity is what is important to me.
Friendly service in a low-pressure environment. The best part was that after we made our purchase, Jose still responded to a concern we had within minutes of our emailing him. Though the dealership had no requirement to do so, they made things right for us when we found a minor problem after purchase.

I traveled from New England to buy a Volvo XC60 without exposure to road salt. Cedric was upbeat, attentive and helpful with my thorough inspection, test drive and check-out. Unlike most dealers, there was no pressure to buy extended warranties and service plans. The low fuel light came on during the my test drive. After the paperwork was completed, Cedric drove the vehicle to a nearby gas station and put in $10. I believe few salesman would have bothered after closing the deal.
The dealer lot is quite packed. No worries, let the salesman jockey the cars.
The car was exactly as advertised. I drove from SC to Atlanta to see the car. I had spoken to Dianne on the phone and she had the car ready to go. The whole transaction was effortless. After the test drive I was driving the vehicle home in 45 minutes. Enjoyed the experience.
Ask for salesperson Karly Cox. Professional, kind and friendly the very opposite of what you expect a car salesperson to be. She will do her best to get the deal you want. Even if you don't get the car you wanted you will enjoy meeting her.

Excellent salesman did in outstanding review on ATS 2018 Salesman will be looking for a ATS that will fit my knees Mr. Lawrence salesman was going to show me 2018 ATS but when we get to the car we found out that it just had been sold
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied.
