I bought this new car. I love this car the design is perfect. It is perfect for my needs along with the style. The turbocharger has a small lag and I think Acura has imposed power restrictions. The back seat is very tight I think, it could have had more leg room. For the most part, I enjoy it. Perhaps the aftermarket sector could step up its power restrictions.

I had a TREMENDOUS experience with the service department which was my main reason for going to KIA North Danvers. I truly appreciate their transparency with all of the work that was performed. They let me know ahead of time and with pictures of the specific issues that needed to be addressed. I will definitely return for future business!

Needs Bluetooth apple carplay. Wireless charging is useless without it. The integration with apple and Honda needs work better (not very user friendly) if they continue to use the touchpad. The stock UI is way more efficient. Otherwise, the vehicle is AMAZING!!

The service was only an A17 (oil change and break fluid replenish) but the service writer answered my questions and the service was completed 30 minutes earlier than expected. Couldn't ask for anything more than that.

Bryant Burrill is my go-to guy for Pohanka vehicle servicing on my 2017 Impala. Bryant is courteous, kind, and willing to work with customer requests. More customer service businesses should have a Bryant working in their business. Bryant is a top asset to Pohanka, he deserves a raise and a bonus. Mr. Tim Payton was our sales representative during our visit to Pearson Toyota. He did an incredible job showing us our 2025 Highlander. He went out his way to demonstrate the features of the Highlander--it was an impressive vehicle. Important to us was vehicle safety, and Tim showed us what the car offered in terms safety. He answered all our questions. He was very efficient in processing our paperwork and the set up our financing appointment. After the car was detailed, he spent additional time with us integrating our phones with the car system and went through all the electronic features the car offered. His attention to detail and concern for our satisfaction made a real difference in our car purchase!

Found a 2014 Maxima last Saturday on Cars.com, emailed dealer. Return email Saturday night, set up Monday call.. had all my questions answered, wired money Monday, flew to Akron from South Carolina today and picked up an absolute gem and drove home 500 miles.. I called to check on the status of a car we asked to be shipped from Myrtle Beach to Dothan, Alabama. The lady I spoke with was prompt and professional in determining where it was and what was happening with it. She also gave me a revised estimate as to when it would arrive in Dothan.

Frontier motors was a truly great experience! We traveled from out of state and everything was transparent and easy, start to finish! The GM Todd was super personable and friendly. Good service is a rarity in itself now in days, and me being in the service industry, i can tell when someone is really trying to please a costumer and when one is just going thru the motions. The service was okay overall. The staff was courtious but the wait time is longer than expected and communication could have been better but i appreciate more updates during the process.

I was initially nervous about purchasing a used car from Acura, but Jay Kraus and the Acura team have been informative and helpful. Jay has shown genuine interest in my needs with a great display of communication, patience, and understanding.

Sales personnel knowledgeable and helpful. Not close by but would definitely discuss a car purchase soon.
