This is an amended review - I got the star ratings backward last week. I have not previously had as good an experience with a car dealer as I did here. They were honest, patient and offered a very good deal on the car I purchased. I have rarely been impressed by either the knowledge or professionalism of car dealers generally. These guys are exceptional.

Fantastic service! All tasks completed in a timely manor and my car washed and vacuumed. With a lender when needed. Brock and Jordan get the job done. Thank you.

Took the vehicle in for periodic service for the oil change, tire rotation, and differential fluid change based on the maintenance minder. Prices were competitive for a dealership. My service advisor with whom I trusted for the past 5 years is no longer working there. My secondary choice is Gary but I was assisted by a new advisor and possibly new service manager, Jordan. He was friendly, informative, and attentive to my needs. He followed up with me concerning the findings of the technician through the multi-point inspection and provided me with options to address the mechanical issues without pressure. Overall, the service was great from the initial meeting the advisor through the time spent paying the cashier. The estimated time to complete the work was relatively quick and on point. I received a detailed car wash and courtesy vacuuming, which was a nice bonus. I was happy with my most recent visit.

I was looking to purchase a vehicle, and I searched around for quite a while. I was able to find the perfect car for me here at this dealer. The staff was very cordial and knowledgeable. The process went quickly and the car is great! I really like the Acura TL. I plan on purchasing my next car here as well.

He was highly professional, communicated everything clearly, and followed up with the additional estimate I requested. Edward was very helpful, efficient with good customer service and interpersonal skills. Facility has an awkward entrance for parking cars that need service. I appreciated the ride home and back again while my car was being serviced.

Everyone I encountered is very professional and courteous. The advisors are so patient with any questions or concerns I have. Facility is very clean and I enjoy the coffee machine!

I brought my car into the dealer location around 10:20 AM and had the services of oil and filter changes with a check-up of other components. It was promised to have the car done in 3 hours which was a bit longer than usual. In the end, it finished around 12:45 PM. I wish it could be done quicker since I was waiting in the store.

I went to Hopkin's Acura to search for new vehicles. The first time I went, one of the gentlemen offered to take me on a windy backroad instead of the normal freeway loop that every other dealership typically goes for. At a second visit to Hopkin's, a younger salesman again offered to take us to a windier backroad in order to better experience the SH-AWD, and I took him up on his offer. After visiting several other dealerships, including other Acura's, this offer had never been made before. If you like to drive, and like to drive acuras, I would highly recommend giving these folks a look
