This is a full service dealership from front to back end. Professional, honest dealings and great follow up by the sales managers. If you are going to buy an Acura, this is the ONLY dealership to work with. I've had two leases from this dealer. You can rely on excellent service, and professional care.
I am writing this review for a service visit I made to Acura of Boston. I had luckily saw that the drive belt on my MDX was torn and brought it in as soon as I could to have repaired. It was a Saturday afternoon and Bob was able to take my car in and provide me a loaner for the rest of the weekend so that I didn't have to continue driving my car. The car was serviced and Peter helped me get my car back on Monday. I had some concerns with the pricing delivered over the phone and had a minor issue with the way the car was returned to me, but it was all addressed and I had a conversation with Nick Dota the GM at the dealer regarding everything. At the end of the day, I learned how the miscommunication happened and it could have been a minor error which Peter had no control over when he priced out the repair to me on the phone. It would have been correct when I showed up. I'm glad that Nick the GM stands by his employees and am very pleased with the outcome. Will definitely return for my repairs.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

Two things I hate most is shopping for a new car and phone. Coastal Nissan made the car shopping very pleasant. Lance and Tommy, took the time to go over the car I was purchasing in great detail. Sean in financial was efficient, friendly and helpful. George in the service department was also very friendly and accommodating. What a fantastic team.
I will definitely go back to Coastal when we need a new car. I love my 2017 Rogue.
Saw the car we wanted online, called ahead, checked it out, bought it and drove it away in less than an hour. Simple, straight forward, no one tried to up sell us on anything, or wheel and deal. Paperwork all checked out, car passed inspection with zero issues, runs great. Very happy with service.
Even though the heading on this post is "Almost" I would like to recommend this dealership with full and high regards. The staff that is in place here starting with Jae Chong, and Brian Farrell and finally Lisa Sweet are exemplary! I did not buy a vehicle from them, but not for any reason focusing on the Dealership, the staff, or the vehicle I went in looking to purchase. These folks treat you with the utmost respect, and have the customer in mind yet at the same time trying their very best to find a compromise to fit the needs of the consumer. I would highly recommend any potential buyer to be sure to look at Chambers Motor Cars of Natick at the first stop in the process. They have high quality, low mileage vehicles at reasonable prices. I dealt with Michael at Route 110 Auto. The transaction was very easy. He had a nice 2009 Honda Accord I was interested in purchasing for my son. He has a great selection of affordable Honda and Toyotas. when I arrived he let me test drive multiple cars. They went to registry for me the following day and mail me my registration (I lived over an hour away) thank you Michael!
Great, easy, personable experience. I would recommend you give them a look if you are in the market for a car. As with any big purchase, do your homework, know the value of your trade, no the value of the car you want, understand where you stand if you need financing. If you do everything beforehand it makes things easier and more realistic for everyone involved.
We went to look at a Honda Pilot. Michael is very inviting and made us feel right at home. Michael makes you feel like you’ve known him for years and you’re laughing the whole time! He definitely goes above and beyond for you. This is a family run business and all sales are run though Michael the son. His family should be very proud of him!!

My wife and I shopped allot of places but once I arrived at highline and experienced the fast, professional team here and how Chad went out of his way to help with a whole group of people working to find what we wanted ( and we tried allot of cars ) I knew this was the place! They were so easy to work with and personable. When it came time to buy I was shocked at the low finance rate Mark got us, he is a great guy, all these guys are great and they get it done! I will be in the market for a second vehicle soon and no doubt I will be back. Bruce MacNeill
We ended up at this dealership while helping my son find his first car. Our salesman Ray was helpful from the start. He has been in the business for a long time and was not one of those fly by nights that you run into when used car shopping. I had called in on a car that they had that had a recent price drop. I was in the area so I stopped by. They had the car out front waiting for me ready to go. This is not one of those sketchy used car dealerships. It is a large and professional outfit with everything from starter cars to Lamborghinis! The cars are clean, the dealership building is pleasant and the staff are professional. No high pressure here. nice touch that they offer bottled water and rest room locations (which were very clean. Delivery was simple, the car was beautifully cleaned and everything was as agreed. We will be back to work with Ray again and highly recommend!
