It was fine. The reception person was condescending and very cold. The sales person was very nice, if you don't want their financing then there enthusiasm falls. They must get perks for that. I didn't get the car only because it got sold.

Worst experience buying a car. The Acura had several problems with the transmission and they said it was "normal" on all the cars. The acuras come with a German transmission and they shift very hard.. It's uncomfortable for everyone in the car..

I was specifically looking at the 2016 model because of the features it offered. The Volvo dealership gave me an opportunity to make my dream come true. In fact, I had so much confidence in them after my initial visit, that I came down to Florida from Wisconsin to purchase the car.
I live two hours away from this dealership, so i called ahead to make sure they still had the Chevy I was following on Cars.Com. Had to leave a voice mail, but got a call back in five minutes. Extremely friendly and accommodating. Held the car for me till I arrived and was left alone with the car, and no one tried to "sell" it to me. They held it for the rest of the day till I came back later that night to get the paperwork complete. Drove it home that night. Couldn't find better prices or inventory anywhere else. Will definitely be going back once I'm in need of another car. I would have driven 4 hours to this dealership to get my car, it was worth it.

I very happy with this car. I don't have the same complaints as other owners, but feel the car is comfortable enough for a low-end luxury car. The only problem is of my own making; I paid a little too much for this car, and should have done more homework before shopping for one. Since I drive less than 3,000 per year, I'm hoping this will be my last car. The 2006 Acura TL I had dropped the transmission, so I sold it to the repair shop owner. It would have cost $4,000 to replace the transmission on a $7,000 car.
I have purchased 2 vehicles from here I would never go any where else ! All my family has purchased cars from here too. The customer service is great you don't have a salesman breathing down your neck pressuring you about the car inside and on the lot ... The pricing is unbeatable! You will get a clean quality reliable car from here no lemon and it is all straight forward you know what you are exactly getting . The paper work process took less than an hour both times . This will be the best car buying experience ever ! Highly recommended!

Have had to have it towed 3 times to dealer due to transmission problems. 2nd tow had new transmission put in with less than 5,000 miles on it. Transmission warning light came on again for a 3rd time and had to have it towed. Now waiting, while driving a rental, to see what Acura company is going to do about it. Very sad that this could happen with a new car. Wife likes the car but has fears when driving it that it’ll break down. The car has nice features but just isn’t very safe when transmission warning lights come on and tell you to pull over immediately and don’t drive it. Especially if it happens in a dark seedy area which is exactly what happened to my wife the 1st time.
I have only had the car for 1 week, but so far the performance is outstanding! steering control, the quietness of the ride and handling on the road has exceeded my expectations! this is my first Acura & so far i am thoroughly impressed. nothing negative at this time!

Plenty of power, nice luxury features, lots of interior room, great looks and very reliable so far. I recommend this vehicle if you need to transport your family but also want something that is fun to drive and has some luxury features and looks great.
