I have been a Spangler customer since 1988 and over the years things have just become better and better. The Service center staff are very competent and helpful. As a single female, I find I can ask any question without fear. Both Jim and Jeff take time to explain any service required and help me make good decisions. Everyone at Spangler is kind, understanding, and responsive. Because I live more than 50 miles from the dealership, they work with me in scheduling service. I would not go to another dealership - even one only 15 miles away.

Have always received immediate service. Appreciate the multi-systems check done each time we take our car in. Any concerns we had were immediately addressed. Our car is washed each time it is serviced.
This was a great car buying experience. No pressure, no gimmicks. The salesman was courteous and friendly. I feel I got a fair deal and ended up buying the car I went to look at. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.
Well I called the dealership after being referred to a salesman from my inquiry on cars.com, set up an appt. for a time later that day. When i arrived on the lot, I was shocked that the salesman had already prepped the car and pulled it out front for us to test drive.It was washed and ready for us to take ownership. We then met and test drove the car, went into his cubie and proceeded to discuss the sale. We met terms and moved forward. We then even had an owner check in on us. So needless to say we drove home that eve and the rest is history. Definitely recommend this dealer. They even give you free inspection for life.
Made it back to Cincinnati and had a blast driving my new 535i. Fantastic car! Thanks for taking the time to show me all the features of my vehicle and a solid deal. I have had many cars over the years and I must say this was the best experience I have had. Ben Kamnikar was exceptional! He went out of his way make certain I knew everything about my BMW. I love getting a new car but hate the pushiness and hassle that goes with it. This is why I drove the 6 hours one way to Johnstown, PA (I have a local BMW dealer but they do not know how to treat customers!). In my experience, car salesmen rarely know the product they are selling and focus more into selling you extra services. Laurel BMW and salesman Ben Kamnikar are the exception! Keep doing things the same and you will have many repeat customers. Thanks for the seamless transaction it was a pleasure!
While I didn't purchase my 328XI from Laurel BMW, I have used the repair facilities over the past two years and I have to say that this is by far the most professional and accessible shop I've seen in all of my years of driving. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, open and honest. When a repair is quoted, the price is right on the money and delivered as promised. Is it inexpensive to have my car serviced here - not at all - but since the staff is really on top of their game, I won't look elsewhere. Plus I can actually have an open and honest conversation with the service techs if I have questions or concerns - where else can you go to get that "plus"? I've dealt with mostly these folks and want to acknowledge them: Tracy Yeager - consummate professional and very, very good at what she does. Makes people feel welcomed and makes the customer feel confident in the staff. Seth - great tech - very open and very honest - highly recommend him to work on anyone's car. Bill - provides great conversation and fun to talk with while he drives me back and forth from the dealership/work - down to earth and just a good man to talk with. Bill Smith - met him twice at the dealership - seemed to genuinely care about how I was being treated as a customer and very easy to talk to. Most owners could care less about the customer as long as they're making money - my experience was quite the opposite. Openly said if there are any issues to feel free to contact him or anyone else to get issues resolved. Overall, just a great place to deal with!
