Like most consumers in the market for a vehicle, I’m always apprehensive when purchasing a new car. My experiences with car salesmen in the past has been fraught with charlatons, hard sellers, & dishonest opportunists. In the market for a new A8 & spoke with Austin, what a great experience. He was very knowledgeable, helped me find the right car for my needs, and was very respectful throughout the entire process. I used to think that car salesmen were all of the same cloth, but after spending just a half hour at this dealership, I see my opinions are just stereotypes based off bad experiences. Great employee. I plan on getting my new vehicle from Austin very soon.

I live an hour north of Philly and bought the car in Tysons Corner! I was reviewing car ads on a Friday night when I saw the car I had been shopping for. It had just been posted to the website and only had stock photos published. I reached out to check availability of the car, and Ben Hailstrom the Sales Manager was online! We went back and forth a few times to get all info on a deal, and I ended up putting a $1000 deposit on the car— sight unseen! On my 3 hour drive on Monday morning, I was dreading going to the dealership because I was sure they would find a reason to charge me an additional $1000 for something — my trade, some other add on, etc. (they had my $1000 and I had driven 3 hours — you think I’m going home without a car?) So, I was preparing all the reasons why I shouldn’t pay more. When I got there— no surprises, no “I have to ask the manager” delays. It was delightful! I’ve probably bought 15 cars in my lifetime and this is the best experience I’ve had. Ben was honest, straightforward and they delivered exactly what they promised! When was the last time you heard that about a car dealer? I would highly recommend Safford!
My purchase couldn't have been easier... I spoke with Daniel over the phone made an appointment while still waiting on my credit union he made sure the car was mine and knew everything I needed to know. I came back on the following couple days while he was off and Bryan provided great service and made sure to pick up where Daniel left off no hassle no pressure just a simple purchase!
To me the real hero at the Mazda autobarn is the service agent Juan Vargus. Juan is my personal preference, but he has me trusting anyone that works with me at Mazda Autobarn. I have owned three Mazda's. I've purchased two from Evanston Autobarn. The third I had overhauled and rebuilt by the autobarn team. I just recently got my wife in a Mazda. This is the store to buy your new Mazda or have it serviced! This guy has worked so hard on my behalf from the day I met him to give me the best quality care for my car at a fair price. I was so HAPPY with the repair. Juan Vargus and his crew's persistence helped me process an engine warranty claim. I would have given up on the insurance company that was avoiding my contract claim and just flat out paid all out of pocket for a replacement engine since I was driving a loaner, supplied by Mazda autobarn and needed to get rolling again. Juan acted as my advocate constantly petitioning the contract provider to inspect my vehicle and make a determination. His tenacity paid off for me, allowing me to replace the engine! He spent a lot of time seeking a good engine, in the end, he secured me a brand new engine! His relationship with other Mazda associates must be impecable, especially his top notch mechanics. Being so happy with Juan Vargus' service, I purchased a Mazda 6 from the Autobarn that I just love and will not allow ANYONE else to service my sexy beast 6! This guy takes care of all his clients this way, not just me. He responds to my service appointments request even on his days off, so I'm not left hanging. We should all hope he never leaves as Juan Vargus is the professional face of Mazda Autobarn Evanston, If you have a Mazda that needs service or looking to buy a new Mazda, call Juan. He is what all service agents should strive to be, going above and beyond for no personal gain, just the pleasure in being a professional beyond reproach. There are so many benefits from vehicle care at the Mazda autobarn that go beyond what you might need to visit them for, leaving me to trust the service and vehicle implicitly. Came to Golling after being frustrated with Jeep recalls because of service at another dealership. I was ready to turn this thing in. Sick. Of. It. Luckily, Chuck took care of me. He even made me laugh about the whole thing. Now I’m back to looking forward to a top down summer in my Jeep again!
John, the service manager, is great to work with. Estimates are spot on and he will always make time to fit you in. I've been in for 3 different issues and the guys always go a great job. Happy to see Lotus has an ACTUAL dealer here in Chicago now. Game changer for owning one of these in Chicagoland.

John was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about the vehicle about which I was inquiring. We concluded the entire transaction in less than two hours.
It was a very easy process and one that I would repeat again.

I always love to stop in just to admire the cars. Everyone is always very friendly and I especially love talking with Louis Forti. He always shows me around and talks about all the different cars with me. Although he knows I am not a serious buyer, he treats me with the utmost respect and takes the time to answer all of my questions.
As a car enthusiast, I could not be more happy and thankful to have this type of dealership near me with the kind of cars and welcoming people there. If you are considering purchasing or just love to see wicked cool cars, I highly recommend you stop in and talk with Louis Forti. You will be happy you did!

We just purchased our eighth vehicle from Plaza/Woodhouse over the years dating back from the early 1990's. I wouldn't go to another car salesman other than Jim Leonard to buy a car. He's the best! We are also very satisfied with your excellent service department - whether we need something as routine as a simple oil change or something more extensive. They are always friendly and the mechanics are all very knowledgeable and reliable..
