James was incredibly kind and patient. I was a first time car buyer so naturally I did not know much about buying a car or any of the logistics. Despite this James never once got impatient or exasperated, he stayed late two hours past closing time to make sure all of our needs were met and we were satisfied. He even told me that I could come back any time and he would help me if any problems arose with the used car I bought. I would definitely buy another car from this dealership if James is the salesman!

We purchased an Alpha Romeo Stevlio yesterday and were very pleased with our experience at The Autobarn. James was patient to sort our all of our concerns with a gently-used vehicle and most importantly, was a straight talker minimizing any haggling over price and we're happy with our deal. They provided virtually every accommodation to find the right option for us among several to chose from between 2018s and 2019s.
I purchased a vehicle from The Autobarn at the end of September. I spoke to David White over the phone who took the time to make sure the vehicle I wanted to purchase was still available before making the trip. Sam Jody was my sales rep and he was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable!
I knew exactly what I was looking for in my new vehicle, which often can leave a salesperson with limited options/"wiggle room". Despite this, James stuck with me and pursued my goals until we were able to come to a solid agreement. Any issue I had, James was quick to rectify without pushback or challenge, which was refreshing. Additionally, Eldin (the finance manager who finished the deal) even noticed an erroneous fee and refunded me some money even after the deal had been agreed upon.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I drove an hour and a half to go to this dealership. I bought a Jeep Compass yesterday and I was completely pleased with my experience and everyone I met there from Mike the internet guy, Joe my salesman and Frank in finance, everyone was awesome.
We've purchased a couple of cars through Dan and we'll seek him out again for our next purchase. Dan is straightforward and informative, never pushy and always willing to help. Dan has always worked with us (and Elmer; and the Service Department) to make sure we were happy and that we get whatever we needed to make things go easy. If you stop by the dealership, look for Dan and his wry smile... you get the best that Liberty Auto City has to offer.
Margaret was extremely polite and pleasant to work with. She was was professional and knowledgable while showing us the used vehicle we were interested in. She worked very hard to meet our financial needs and provide us the discount we needed to take the car home! Not only did they make sure everything was top notch, they were completely transparent in regards to the vehicle itself. There was a small crack at the bottom of the windshield that we didn't even notice but Margaret pointed it out right away and assured us that they would replace the windshield at no charge! We were also extremely impressed with the hospitality of everyone we encountered at Napleton Aston Martin Maserati during the waiting process and would reccomend this dealership on the friendliness alone.
Update after writing this review the manager contacted me that night . He wanted to hear the full story and after hearing it he honored the original terms. They did try to tack on another charge once i was there but after a little arguing it was removed. They reimbursed me for my uber and even got me a lower interest rate on my financing than what I had previously had coming into the deal. Andrew was very knowledgeable and it was refreshing to hear someone know their stuff instead of just faking it or giving generic info . Dora with the aftermarket was amazing and very helpful . She truly wants to make sure you are taken care of !
