I have been looking for the car I purchased for about a year. Found the car and called Northtown even auto and was lucky to have Carl carter answer the phone. I made an offer for the car and Carl got back to me in about 10 minutes. I made another offer and had a very nice conversation with Carl about this process and again after taking to the owner they came back with an agreement we both could live with. I live in Massachusetts and doing a deal long distance was a little concerning I did not see the car in person but Carl assured me the car was on great shape and I would not be disappointed when it arrived. He kept in touch with me on a regular basis on what I needed and put me in touch with Keith to get all of the paperwork completed. I hope the owner of the company gets to read this because he should be very, very proud to have such dedicated employees working for the company. I only wished i could have met Carl and Keith to thank them ln person
Buying a car here was one of the most comfortable car buying experiences I've ever had. My salesman Todd Wood was absolutely amazing. The finance manager didn't try to hustle on the warranty and made me feel very comfortable about my new car. Overall this is a great dealership and one that I will look to in the future and will recommend to any one I know looking for a new car.

After purchasing our first new Mitsubishi from Carl, I was also in the market for a new vehicle. Carl and Nick were VERY helpful with getting a good trade-in value for my car. Between the trade-in and the rebates available, I was able to also purchase a new vehicle. My wife purchased hers on Monday and I just completed the paperwork today, (Wednesday). I had a problem with the upholstery on my new LR4. The service manager at Aristocrat reexamined the problem and had the vehicle repaired. Thank you Aristocrat for stepping up to resolve this concern. I really like the car because it is fun and easy to drive in tbe City as well as a capable towing and handling off road conditions in the country. Our sales person Drew Frisbee was very knowledgable about the car. We appreciated his time demonstrating the LR4's capability. Mr Frisbee was very professional. With my previous concern resolved, I look forward to many enjoyable years driving the Land Rover and obtaining service at this dealership.
