So I know these guys sell cars that cost ten times as much as the Jetta SportWagen I saw on their website, but they treated me like I was buying a Maserati or Alfa Romeo! My salesman, Michael Bilicki, brought the vehicle to my workplace, worked out a good deal for me and had me out the door in my new-to-me car less than two hours after I got off work. Maybe my next car will be one of those bad boys I saw on their lot, but for now, I love my new VW!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

I was going to go to one of those quick drive-through places to get an oil change, and it would have cost more than $60! I went to the Brandon Auto Mall and was taken right away, relaxed with a cup of coffee, and paid $29! Much better deal.
Brad was great and accommodating. They had the car that I wanted and made it relatively easy. It took a little longer than I planned for for the whole process but that is at no fault of the salesman, more of the corporate part.
My service advisor was very thorough in his explanation of the services my car will be receiving. He explained my options should a problem arise and kept me informed every step of the way. He listened to my concerns about the handling of my vehicle and performed his job exceptionally. He walked me to the cashier and explained all the charges on my receipt. He thanked me for choosing Brandon Automall and escorted me to my vehicle. Excellent overall service.
