I had bought my Audi in Coral Springs as I was referred to someone there a couple of years ago. I always had good experiences there. On Saturday night last week, my car's battery died on me and I had to jump it on Sunday morning to get it started. I showed up at WPB Audi at 11am when they opened and met with Jennifer (Service Advisor) who greeted me with a big smile and how can we help you. I though I was going to have to leave my car and uber home and was offered the opportunity to wait for my car which I was incredibly happy about. Jennifer also offered me a complimentary car wash which I thought was great.
Jennifer was the ultimate professional. Dressed well, big smile, upbeat, kept me in the loop as things were going through the process with my car and couldn't have done a better job. No idea how long she's been working at WPB Audi, but I could see her moving up the ranks quickly. Great experience!!!
Now having visited with WPM Audi, I will certainly go there when buying my next car which could be another Audi. Place was beautiful and people there were very nice and professional.
I’ll be honest, when I first walked in, the first person I dealt with was not my cup of tea, but once someone noticed my frustrations, their entire team rallied around me and my family to make sure I had a positive experience and we were completely blown away by the professionalism of their team.
Just to give you some back story - I was in an accident and needed to replace my vehicle. The rental I had was a brand new Jeep and so my mind was set on just that. I went to EIGHT car lots within about 30 hours. The whole experience was exhausting. I dealt with SO many ammeters - uneducated, impersonal, and otherwise. Finally, I found almost the exact car that I had initially wanted on Car Gurus and so I drove from ITP up to Palmer. My parents followed me up and happened to blow a tire along the way. Being that it was a Sunday I was worried we’d get there too late to finalize anything same day.
When I arrived, as I mentioned, there was a bit of runaround with the guy who’d originally took my call, however, James (and really the entire team) very quickly took charge of the situation. They were able to find two of the cars that fit my expectations and got them both up to the front for me to view. I had already spent my weekend test driving, so once I saw the interior packages, I had my pick of the two, took it for a lap and then sat down for negotiating.
Out of every lot I went to this weekend, James brought me the BEST price I’d seen all weekend AND it was for a vehicle that had a better package than any of the others I looked at. Also, this dealership is great in the sense that their first offer is a good offer and they don’t waste your time. Once we told them what we had and could walk out comfortably with, we spent about 20 minutes finalizing everything and I walked out with a brand new car that perfectly fit my budget. They were nice enough to throw in a few other signing incentives (but I won’t share those here ) AND James personally filled up my parents tank so that they could head back to Nashville. All of this (including financing + pictures) took about 2.5 hours total. Honestly, you cannot best that!!
Again, I am beyond impressed with this team, the service, and the dealership in general. My parents plan on coming back to buy a car from this lot and I will be sending all my friends to them moving forward.

I picked up a clean 2012 Audi A6, from the great folks at Jake Sweeney Chrysler Jeep Dodge, near Tri-county mall in Cincinnati. They held the car for me until i was able to come test drive it, and were easy to deal with when it came time to get financing in order. If youre in the market for a used car, Jake has a great website that lets you search all thier many dealerships' inventory. If i were buying a new JEEP, or dodge they would be the first place id go.
We bought a pre-owned Mercedes E350 4Matic from Manheim Imports. Salesman Greg was helpful and professional. The car still needs few things (extra key, floor mat, and some fixing) that they agreed to complete. We are very satisfied so far. We recommend this dealership highly.
Rodney Olsowsky was a pleasure to work with! He was friendly yet efficient, easygoing yet courteous and understanding. When we decided to purchase the car, he offered to pick me up at our home so I could drive it back home without leaving a car at the dealership! How thoughtful and understanding of our situation! He went above and beyond just to make this our very best car buying experience in 30 years!
We came in for routine maintenance and it turned out we needed a level 4 servicing (about a 10 hour job) but our appointment was at 3 pm so there was no way they were going to be able to finish before 7. They told me they would get as much finished as possible and then we could schedule an appointment for the rest at a later date. When doing the servicing they found that a couple of our tires were extremely bald. I had already known that and was planning to replace them but I appreciated them pointing it out. They also diagnosed a squeaking problem and filed a claim with warrantee (since it was a CPO car) for me! When I showed up to pick up my car the service representative was drenched in sweat. He told me that the detailing crew had left early so he personally washed and detailed my car himself! Everyone there is super friendly and unbelievably helpful!

I always love to stop in just to admire the cars. Everyone is always very friendly and I especially love talking with Louis Forti. He always shows me around and talks about all the different cars with me. Although he knows I am not a serious buyer, he treats me with the utmost respect and takes the time to answer all of my questions.
As a car enthusiast, I could not be more happy and thankful to have this type of dealership near me with the kind of cars and welcoming people there. If you are considering purchasing or just love to see wicked cool cars, I highly recommend you stop in and talk with Louis Forti. You will be happy you did!

Everything about my purchase was wonderful! The sales team was great! The financing was easy. Even Mr Mears came by to congratulate me in getting one of the very few manual transmission vehicles out there! I have already taken advantage (many time) on the free car washes for life. I???ve heard great things about the service department- which is one of the reasons I chose Mears. Hopefully, I won???t have to visit them often. What a great place! 💯
