I had bought my Audi in Coral Springs as I was referred to someone there a couple of years ago. I always had good experiences there. On Saturday night last week, my car's battery died on me and I had to jump it on Sunday morning to get it started. I showed up at WPB Audi at 11am when they opened and met with Jennifer (Service Advisor) who greeted me with a big smile and how can we help you. I though I was going to have to leave my car and uber home and was offered the opportunity to wait for my car which I was incredibly happy about. Jennifer also offered me a complimentary car wash which I thought was great.
Jennifer was the ultimate professional. Dressed well, big smile, upbeat, kept me in the loop as things were going through the process with my car and couldn't have done a better job. No idea how long she's been working at WPB Audi, but I could see her moving up the ranks quickly. Great experience!!!
Now having visited with WPM Audi, I will certainly go there when buying my next car which could be another Audi. Place was beautiful and people there were very nice and professional.
Ahres did and excellent job handling the service needs for my 2016 Audi A7. He was courteous, professional and respectful. The process was smooth and I can???t tell you how much I appreciate the excellent quality service. He was able to help me clearly explain the issues, resolve them and keep the process simple. This level of service goes a long way in future purchases and service needs. Having someone I can trust who is capable and experienced in handling these issues gives me peace of mind when purchasing and Audi. Not all dealers are like this and Ahres by far was the best service advisor I???ve had with any car. It makes a difference when deciding on my next vehicle! He was very efficient and John the other advisor was also there to help make the process smooth like arranging for the rental car even though he didn???t have to (some advisors just sit in there chair and stare into space when they aren???t busy with their own customer). These guys are awesome, thank you again!

Came in to have some service work done on the vehicle. The service was a factory recall with the airbag and they opted to do a full rundown of possible needs for the vehicle. I was sent a full print out of everything the car needed and they suggested a couple immediate items which I thought were grossly overpriced. To give an example, $396 for a battery. Overall they were very courteous and professional.
I have been servicing my Audis (2005 A6,2015 Q5) since 2006. My experience with their service and John Hansen is another reason why I bought a 2018 Q5 this past month. Over the years he has gained my trust because he is truthful, ethical and goes the extra mile to make sure you get the treatment you expect when buying a fine automobile. I have never had to make a return trip for any service. It has always been done the right way the first time in. Knowing we were leaving for a long trip and my concern over a cooling system/ turbo recall, he went out of his way when he saw me in the dealership to come over and reassure me that it was safe to make the trip. That reassurance meant a lot!

This is the first time I got the same car twice in a row. I loved my first Audi A3 so much that when my lease was up it wasn't even a question if I was going to get another one. My 2019 A3 is even more beautiful than my 2015 was.

A dream to drive. The cockpit is one of the best-laid out, most comfortable, elegant looking, and intelligently engineered. The drive is as smooth as you expect from a high-end luxury car but handles like a sports car. Can't comment on long-term reliability yet, but can say it is beyond a pleasure to drive.
I have recently bought a Audi Q5. I brought my Car in to have a quick check up. What a awesome job. I asked many question and the service department was willing and able to help. Very quick service . Very pleased with Jeff and all his helpful tips. Thanks For making my service call run smoothly

This car met all my needs. Good leg room in the back for a small car. Excellent gas mileage and extremely comfortable with more amenities than you would expect at the price point.
Had the pleasure of connecting with Rich while shopping for a Audi. I had my heart set on a 2017 Q7 that was loaded but after sitting & doing our back & forth price dance, the numbers just did not work out. Well over the next few days I'm sure I pestered Rich a dozen times, but he was always polite, understanding, & treated me like a VIP. Finally, after 3 days off emails, text messages & phone calls we struck a deal. Honestly, if it hadn't been for Rich being so nice & treating me like a VIP, I would have given up. So, if you get the chance, sit down & work with Rich. You won't find a better more informed salesman anywhere else.
From my first email and phone contacts with Bryan LeBlanc, I found the Weeks service extremely professional, knowledgable, respectful and friendly. I quickly knew I had found the right car (2016 A3 e-tron) and the best salesperson to facilitate the sale. Bryan quickly understood what kind of "buyer" I was and that the car was exactly what I had been looking for. Once at the dealership, Bryan was very personable, and took the time to help me with the first steps of understanding the car's complex technology. We purchased a used, pre-certified 2018 Audi Q5 from Weeks Pre-Owned. We are return customers as we have received great service both from Danbury Audi and from Weeks Pre-Owned. Our salesperson, Dan Putzig showed us several 2018 Q5s and was able to explain to us the variations in each one. Recently, after owning our car for 4 months, we had an issue that we felt was caused by the detailing done before we got the car. Daniel immediately setup a service appointment for us with Danbury Audi and took care of the issue. We will definitely return there in the future.
I purchased a 2016 black metallic Audi A3 on 10/11/16 from Bryan LeBlanc. I haven't experienced better customer service at any dealership I've been to. Bryan went above and beyond to help me get into the car I wanted and love. He is very knowledgeable and always made himself available when I had questions about the car I was purchasing. Bryan is extremely kind, funny, and truly cares about his customers. He was sweet to my mom and that meant a lot to me. For this reason, I decided to go with Weeks Pre-Owned Dealership, which is an hour away from my house, instead of a dealership that is about 5 minutes away from where I live. My mom bought her Audi A4 from Danbury Audi a few years ago and she received good customer service as well. I would recommend my friends, family, and anyone looking to buy a high quality car to go to see Bryan LeBlanc at Weeks Pre-Owned. You won't receive a better car buying experience anywhere else. I can't say enough about how wonderful Bryan LeBlanc was to my family and I throughout this process. If I could give him a million stars, I would!
Steve Kozar was our sales person. No pressure . Got answers to all our questions quickly. We found a great car at a fair price . Steve is very personable and accommodating. When we picked up the car we were in and out in 30 minutes and the car was fully detailed and they had addressed any issues we raised during our test drive and inspection to our satisfaction. Overall a very pleasant car buying experience. I’d recommend you see Steve if you are looking for a quality ride.

This is my second A3 of this model gen. Seems faster than my '16 even though both it and my new 2018 have the same specs . Probably the new tires and clean engine and fuel system.
This isn't just a VW rebadged either. It's high class interior and exterior quality and design yet still let's you be a kid with ample low end power and speed. No VW less than $40k comes close to the quality build nor do you get the luxiry car service when taking your car in for service or when you just need something fixed. And this car isn't even close to $40k if you know how to buy cars with the inernet.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.
