Perillo BMW review
Another great experience at Joe Perillo BMW with Michael Fezatte. He made the whole process very simple and turned around our new car search from first contact to leaving showroom with the chosen vehicle (complete with custom spec) in less than 7 days. He understood what we were looking for and delivered a no nonsense, enjoyable buying experience. We will be back again.

AutoNation Toyota South Austin review
Our salesperson from auto nation Toyota South Austin name George was very patience and thorough, when showing us the vehicles on the lot, no rush, just asking us what type of vehicle that we were interested in. Letting me look at the vehicles and asking questions to George was satisfying. I made my choice of vehicle, and was able negotiate the pricing to my budget of what i would pay for the vehicle.

I live about three and a half hours from the dealership. When I first contacted them, Lilly Quintero worked with me and helped me by sending pictures to me and a credit application. The car was awaiting parts to repair the driver’s side window regulator. Her enthusiasm and professionalism convinced me to purchase the car and I am going to the dealership to complete the purchase on Saturday, September 19th. I am positively thrilled!

ALM KennesawReviews
ALM Kennesaw review
I went in knowing exactly what car I wanted to test drive and had an appointment with Jean (John) Venant on December 27th. The car (2024 Mazda CX-5) was waiting for me when we arrived. Our salesman was a great guy & seemed knowledgeable about my particular vehicle. It didn't take me long to decide to buy the car on the spot. Baltimore in the financing department fought very hard to get me the best rate/deal available. They even gave me far more for my trade in that I was anticipating. Everyone throughout the (seemingly painless) process was great to work with. We felt very valued. My only "complaint" is the sticker shock I had when I saw all the "dealer fees" on the bill of sale. Many things (window tint, fabric protector, etc) were all things that you only typically see when buying a brand new car and not when buying a used car. And, with any used car purchase, I made sure to get the extended warranty. That's just smart no matter which dealership you buy from. However, I am concerned a bit to read very mixed reviews of the EasyCare warranty company, as it seems they only approve HALF of the claims submitted. Fingers crossed.

BMW of Towson review
I found the car I was looking for on Cars.com, which led me to BMW of Towson. The entire experience was excellent?the dealership is beautiful and clean, the team was professional, and my sales rep was responsive without ever making me feel pressured. The test drive and purchase process was incredibly easy, and I was in and out in about 90 minutes. They even followed up afterward to make sure everything was going well. Highly recommend?I would absolutely buy from them again!

Capitol ChevroletReviews
Capitol Chevrolet review
I live in California and bought a truck from these guys sight unseen, 1,400 miles away. I emailed fifteen dealers around the country looking for a very specific configuration. Nine of them couldn’t answer a direct question in five days. Craig Johnson answered four of mine in about ninety minutes, in writing, including the ones most salespeople dodge.. Andrew Johnson sent me three of the four things I’d asked for before I even followed up, and he coordinated the whole pickup with my transporter. Lisa in finance took on a cash purchase titled to an LLC and registering in California, which is the annoying version of that job. When I came back with questions on the paperwork she didn’t get defensive, she just fixed it and had a corrected set out the same day. Best price in the country on the truck I wanted, and the only dealership out of fifteen that would just answer the questions. If you’re out of state and hesitating, don’t.

BMW of Sarasota review
I took my dream car to BMW of Sarasota for scheduled maintenance. Carlos was quick to receive my vehicle and reviewed the automated diagnosis. After satisfying all code requirements, Carlos educated me in great detail of the listed items required to restore my vehicle to mechanical perfection. Carlos is an amazing technician but he is also very personable, connected to and interested in the well being off customer he serves. Carlos represents BMW of Sarasota with integrity and a high degree of professionalism.

I destroyed two of my tires and called up Va and he was nothing but accommodating. Reminded me we had a warranty and he handled everything from then on. They were in constant contact with me which was amazing. Tow truck got it there almost at closing time on Thursday and I had it back Friday afternoon. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Sunrise Volkswagen of Fort PierceReviews
Sunrise Volkswagen of Fort Pierce review
Unlike your typical car dealership! These folks got it going on. No pressure, knowledgeable, insightful, helpful and willing to work with you... I've been to dealerships up and down the Treasure coast, not saying there aren't other great dealerships, but this one stood out among most. My experience with the salesman Edison was anything but high-pressured. He was low keyed, compassionate, helpful and insightful. The manager Phil was extremely patient, friendly and accommodating to the point of matching me to my next ride. Soooo unlike the dealership I went to that was the diametric opposite... Bev. The finance officer Lauren was a delight to work with in closing out the paperwork which is always such a dreadful part of the process. If you're interested in purchasing a vehicle without all the hassle that comes with it... Sunrise is the place for you.
