I bought my 2017 A3 from another local dealer, and found their service department to be a little frustrating to contend with, so I brought the car to Audi of Ontario. Right from the start, I found this dealership very easy to work with. Erik Garcia is my service advisor, and he is probably the best advisor I've had across several brands. He listens to what I tell him, he relates to the issue and how it impacts his customer, and he makes sure to follow up in a very timely manner. I have a solid understanding of the mechanics of a car, and Erik understood that he had to relate to me differently than some other customers. He has conversations with me that are not so elementary that they don't tell me anything, and not so advanced for me to not understand. He put the effort in to pay attention to my level of knowledge so that it didn't become frustrating to me. Shortly after one visit, I received an email that the dealership was interested in buying my car. I was surprised as it was a lease, and I was only 14 months in. I met with Raymundo Lopez who was absolutely terrific to work with. He explained the process he wanted to follow to me, which put me at great ease. I generally do not like the schmoozy sales experience, but there was none of that. He was up front, honest, and timely. I took this opportunity to upgrade, and Raymundo was extremely patient as I looked at many different situations that would work for me. We looked at everything from another A3 to an A5, to a TT. In the end, I walked away with a fully decked out A4 Quattro that I absolutely LOVE!!! It cost a little more than I planned, but I'm good with it. And when you think about it, isn't that the true sales success story? Customer is happy and gets something they love, the dealer sold something of higher value. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Erik and with Raymundo. The terrific experience in the service department lead to a really great (and unexpected) sales experience. I would highly recommend Erik Garcia for all of your service needs, and Raymundo Lopez for all of your sales needs!! A quick follow-up.....I have personalized plates, and had to go through the arduous DMV process of waiting for the new registration to get processed, then transfer the vanity plates over. The DMV has a new process regarding this, requiring permission from the leasing company to do this. I called Raymundo, and he started making calls to find out what to do. This happened several weeks after the sale, which further exemplified his professionalism. He did not push me off because the sales was done, he went all out. THAT is the great experience you can expect from Raymundo!! I will add that the billing guy was the only shortcoming through all of this. Not "bad" per se, just not great. His personality was lackluster, and when he tried to push the extra warranty on me, and I refused, he tried an angle I did NOT like at all.....he used the line "well, if you think you want to take a risk like that, it's your choice". I don't do passive-aggressive, and was not happy about that AT ALL. But.....in the end, I have a great car that I love, and overall, a terrific experience that I tell everyone I can about. It is my feeling that since he is responsible for processing all of the paperwork, including the registration, he should have known about this vanity plate requirement, and explained it to me. That way, I wouldn't have had the added stress of finding out about it, and dealing with it while at the DMV. That, I believe, is a major fail on his part. I would recommend both of these gentlemen to care for your Audi needs. They are the best, and I will definitely be back :)

Definitely! Back track about eight years and you'd find me purchasing a new car at a dealership. The salesmen were hungry, it took nearly seven hours, and the dealership delivered a car with scratches and a dent! In May of 2018 I tried again. My experience at Audi Ontario was phenomenal! I took care of most everything via text and a few phone calls. My car was sharp and waiting for me. I even got to test drive the car far further than anyone else permitted. Get this, I even enjoyed chatting with that guy that tries to sell you incidentals and ridiculous insurance. Here's the take away???Mike Abujaber was leading the process. We had been looking for a used 2018 Audi Q5 for some time and had run into too many poorly run dealerships that simply did not listen to what we wanted in our area. Once we expanded our search, we found Marcos Morales at Walter's Audi in Riverside who went SO FAR BEYOND what any salesperson has done in the past. He was AMAZING start to finish and truly understands that this is a SERVICE oriented business and you have to LISTEN to what the customer wants, not TELL them. He did a personalized video of the vehicle we were interested in. He answered EVERY question we had in a quick and courteous fashion. He was professional and LISTENED (note to other dealerships we did NOT buy from: YOU listen to US, not the other way around!) to our needs, and we drove over 350 miles to get this car, bypassing a lot of dealerships along the way! Just a great experience buying a car from Walter's Audi and Marcos Morales.
I had an excellent experience at Audi Ontario purchasing a new 2018 Q7. I visited the dealership from Orange County (about an hour drive away) because it had a certified pre-owned vehicle that I was originally interested in. I typically buy CPO vehicles for the cost savings, extended warranties, and no-haggle pricing. They did have the vehicle was originally interested in as advertised, but after meeting with Brandon Clemons and Jhovan Coronado and discussing other options, I ended up leasing a new vehicle. Jhovan was able to locate the exact vehicle I wanted at another dealership and had it delivered later that same day, saving me another trip out from Orange County to pick it up. I've financed 6 difference vehicles (Acura, Lexus (2), Toyota (2), and Volkswagon) over the past 20 years and the experience at Audi Ontario was by far the smoothest and pain free. No hard sales tactics for additional options and service contracts that I didn't want or need. If you're in the market for an Audi, I highly recommend visiting Ontario, even if there are other dealerships closer to you.
I was shopping for a 2015 Subaru Outback 3.6R as a replacement for an upcoming lease return, and was not finding what I was looking for locally in the Sacramento area. I cast a wider net in searching (about 500 mile radius), and came upon just what I was looking for posted by Audi Ontario as one of their recent trade-ins. The team were extremely helpful and responsive over multiple weeks of contact and my hectic schedule, even shooting and posting a custom video of the vehicle just for me. Special shout outs to Zachary White and Kanisha Brown for their weeks of communication, coordination, outreach, and audio-visual effects. The team was very professional and coordinated with me on my schedule. I was able to fly down from Sacramento to Ontario on a Sunday, where the team had the vehicle ready for inspection and drive on my schedule. Negotiation with Zachary White and Mike AbuJaber was quick, polite and professional. Once we reached a consensus, we settled into prepping paperwork, and they graciously shared with me lunch they had brought in for the team (pizza!). The finance team of John Scholz and Rose Ruiz are extremely well organized, efficient, friendly and professional. They were very supportive, kind and professional as we worked through a speed bump with my bank on my pre-approved loan. Finally, Zachary White followed up with the original owner to retrieve the cargo cover for the Subaru, and the previous owner (now an owner of another fine Audi!), was nice enough to drop off the tonneau for me so I lacked for no missing part for my new-to-me Subaru. I have to say that my purchase of this pre-owned Subaru from Audi Ontario was truly a pleasant experience, and I sincerely recommend this dealership. Side note for those of you considering traveling in from far away to evaluate a vehicle at this dealership, it is just a few minutes away by shared service transport from the Ontario airport (e.g., Uber, Lyft, taxi). This made it super convenient for the initial visit and test drive.

My first time buying an Audi. And it was the best Dealer experience my family and I had ever experienced! First off, our salesperson Joshua Rambow was great, 5 stars or more if possible! He was very professional, knowledgeable and very helpful during our visit at Walters Audi in Riverside. I spent about two weeks working with him on getting the best price possible on my 2018 A5 Sportback. He was able to beat the ???best price??? of all Audi Dealers from the surrounding areas. This car met all my needs. Good leg room in the back for a small car. Excellent gas mileage and extremely comfortable with more amenities than you would expect at the price point.
This place has a great selection of cars and has superb service. Came in and was helped out right away. Everyone was very kind and friendly! Showed me exactly what I was looking for and did a great job of explaining all the features the car had. Made the whole process quick and easy. Was able to run to the bank and by the time I was back the car was detailed and was able to go through the paperwork in no time at all! Was at the dealership for less then 2 hours total which is much better then I can say for any other place.
Highly recommend this place for everyone looking for a car!

This is my second A3 of this model gen. Seems faster than my '16 even though both it and my new 2018 have the same specs . Probably the new tires and clean engine and fuel system.
This isn't just a VW rebadged either. It's high class interior and exterior quality and design yet still let's you be a kid with ample low end power and speed. No VW less than $40k comes close to the quality build nor do you get the luxiry car service when taking your car in for service or when you just need something fixed. And this car isn't even close to $40k if you know how to buy cars with the inernet.

My new 2018 A3 is updated since the 2016. I love the small yet noticeable changes in styling. The pickup is great! I got the heated seats, a wonderful luxury in winter. An easy to drive and easy to park car!
These guys rock!! First of all, They gave us the best lease payments on my a3 ( after shopping with about 6 other dealerships). Then the wife ended up with a huge migraine while in the process of finishing paperwork and couldn???t drive the new car home ( I was driving the other new Stelvio we bought that day (that???s right, 2 new cars in 1 day heheh). So Leo Cano had my a3 delivered to my house about 70 miles away! Leo Cano and Jhovan Coronado are both top notch.

This vehicle is incredible. I am so glad that I was able to test drive and then Peru chase it. The dealership made every step of the process quick qnd easy.
On 9/1/18 we went to the Audi of Ontario to look at Labor Day weekend deals. Estevan Alvarez was so helpful and knowledgeable on all of the Audi models. What we appreciated most was that he was very easy going and not pushy like many salemens are! After a few hours we got a great deal on our first Audi Q7 and couldn???t be happier!
