Outstanding parts dept, service dept, and sales dept!

My wife and I were impressed time and time again by Santa Monica Audi, most recently by Tammy in the parts dept when she helped us order roof carrier bars and cargo carrier for our Q5. We were previously impressed by the service dept and our 10K service and before that we were impressed by the sales dept when we purchased our Q5 last year.

The quality of the vehicle is evident when you get in the car. Solid door closing with nice seating and features. The upgraded sound system is awesome and it is now my favorite place to listen to music! Technology package features are also robust. Driving the car is fun as it is quick and really hugs the road. Looking forward to driving more with fewer stops at the gas station.
My husband and I had the best experience while purchasing our Audi Q5 from Audi Pacific. Collin, Gino, Fady, Mike and Thomas were so helpful and so honest with what we were getting ourselves into.
We visited this dealership two times before our final trip to purchase our car. In between those visits we tried out other dealerships for options and had the worst experience at Audi Beverly Hills. It was so bad that as we left we called Collin at Audi Pacific and described our experience and made an appointment with him for the following day. Collin was more then happy to show us more cars and let us ask as many questions as possible and test drive a car as many times as necessary to make a decision. We never felt rushed or pushed to by a car at any time. When we finally decided on a car we called to make sure they wouldnt sell it before arriving and as we arrived the paperwork was ready and car was freshly washed and pulled up to the front for us. They even had our car windows tinted the same night which we greatly appreciated. We never had to sit an haggle or go through tons of papers that night, it was quick and everyone was so nice it definitely made it a good experience. We appreciate everyone's help and feel confident in coming back here for future purchases. When the Manager Mike said they had the best cars at the best prices he was definitely right.
Performance oriented PEHV but falls short

If you work from home and drive less than 15 miles per day this is excellent as you would be running on battery exclusively. On longer range trips its a hybrid and I averaged 44 miles per gallon combined.
Considerably better driving performance 0-60 6.5 sec than other less expensive hybrids, but less mpg. I had the sports package and it handled well but a bit rough on the road with 18" tires. Its a niche car!
Dwight Oh responded quickly and meaningfully when we went online to find a dealer wanting to lease a car to us. His response was clear and competitive as was his follow through.
Throughout the process he has returned phone calls quickly and provided the service we requested.
It has been a pleasure dealing with him and we plan to recommend him to other people we know.
Keep up the good work.
Nice for everyday use or long trips.

This car has great styling. It does sit low to the ground this gives it an aggressive appearance. With front seats forward about halfway rear seat legroom is not to bad.
On 8/10/17, I purchased a new 2018 Audi S5 coupe. Lina Martin was very helpful, informative, and professional in the purchase of my new car. I was very happy with the overall experience at Audi Pacific.

I love my ?new? car. I was lucky to find the car I wanted with only 4500 miles and 4 months off the warranty. Still getting used to my new baby but so nice to drive!!
I want to start off by saying this is the very best customer service I have ever experienced. It started off by emailing Kit Chieng, email@example.com late in the evening about a certified used car online. He responded quickly and quite a few times to answer all of my questions (even gave me the internet price via email). I emailed the following morning to let him know I was going to be there in about an hour. He told me was out that day but that Zorik Garibyan could help me.
My husband and I pulled up about 9:45am. I checked my email and saw that Kit asked if I could wait until about 10 as Zorik had an appointment. No problem, i thought, we can look around. When someone asked if I needed anything, I let them know I had an appointment with Zorik at 10 and they said "Oh let me get Taylor, he is going help you". I was surprised that the person I just happened to talk to in the parking lot knew I was coming. Taylor Ngo introduced himself, confirmed the car I was looking into and had someone look at my car for the trade in value while we took a test drive.
Taylor was amazing during the test drive, explaining all the extras in the car and allowing me to take all the time I needed for the drive. I knew I wanted it (2016 Q3 with 10k miles!). He took us to met Zorik but not before throwing my husbands trash away and getting us water. Zorik was so friendly that he made the numbers all seem so easy and painless! After the necessary time with Zorik we were taken to the lobby to enjoy the water/coffee/snacks while we waited for the finance guy. Taylor came to check on us and see if we needed anything and assured us the car was being cleaned and he would assist us with the removal of the items from our car to the new car. We met with Ricardo "Ricky" Orozco and signed all the paperwork. He was very nice and we enjoyed hearing about his work with Audi.
Taylor collected us and took us to our new car to show us some more items. It was sprinkling and I had to have my drivers side door opened while he showed me one or two things. He said I'll be right back and went to get a towel to dry off my door. WOW! He climbed in the back and continued to show us everything. Answered all our questions, gave us a beautiful box that held our key and another beautiful box with Audi leather key chains.
All in all, I felt like the most important person that ever walked in those doors by every single employee I encountered, even the sweet girl at the desk. My husband bought his GTI at the DTLA VW and he had amazing service there as well. We will make sure that DTLA VW and Audi is the only place we shop or recommend!

Everything I expected in this car Sleek great ride. Beautiful interior. Ride smooth and great pickup. Just a ta on the pedal and ur off.
Joe, one of the service managers, has been super helpful to me during my past few visits. I had my car serviced, and a few weeks later, there was an issue with a potential oil leak. I was in the area, and even though it was past working hours, he told me to bring my car in so that he could check it out. He and his team was able to diagnose the issue and fix the problem without charging me. This is truly great service. Audi should be thankful to have a manager like him.
