My girlfriend and I just leased a 2016 Audi Q3 through Jack Daniels Audi of Paramus. This is our first time using this dealership and we couldn't be more pleased with the customer service of the entire sales department. At first, we were a little unsure as to which Q model would best suit our needs however our salesman, Jim Stampf was outstanding from beginning to end! Jim really highlighted the value and luxury of the Audi brand, while still keeping a real and down to earth persona. He took time to show us the service area and personnel during our test drive which was indeed comforting. After making our decision to lease the Q3 and running the numbers, he was extremely patient in explaining every rebate, discount and option that was included in the price of the vehicle. This is the first vehicle I have financed/leased so I had a lot of questions and he had answers. My girlfriend is currently living in New York while I am in New Jersey so there was some difficulty in the paperwork and logistics, however they took care of everything hassle-free. Unfortunately we could not take delivery of the vehicle on that same day because of the finance department being busy. Jim gave us his cell phone number to keep in contact during the week. After setting the delivery date and time up for the following Saturday, everything went smoothly. We arrived on Saturday and the vehicle was sitting right out front and ready to go. Now this is a high volume highway dealer right? Well you would have thought that I purchased an R8 because of the way I was greeted by the staff upon arrival. They have courtesy valet parking and every staff member remembered us from the previous week. The PDI department did a great job of cleaning up the vehicle. Jim came out and introduced us to the F&I guy, Adam Zabrocki. There was an issue with the registration so Adam had to re-do all of the paperwork. This was no fault of his but instead of us waiting around for them to correct the paperwork, Jim took that as an opportunity to start showing us all of the features of the vehicle. He did a satisfactory and in depth job of showing us all of the features and functions. As soon as Jim was done showing us the vehicle he brought us back to Adam who was all ready to go with the paperwork. This showed me great efficiency and my time was not wasted. Adam was friendly, personable and professional in explaining all of the terms and agreement. I work for a car dealership myself and got insurance plans through my dealer so I respectfully declined and of the add on insurance programs that Adam had to offer. He was never nasty or rude and was not pushy at all, just a real friendly easy going guy! We dealt with John Zingani and Solomon Faizi as well. Just from being in the business myself, you can tell that these guys are a good team and are the real deal. True seasoned professionals. I talked to Solomon about a possible unrelated business opportunity and I can say from experience that he is an honest man. Everyone gives firm handshakes and the employees all seem happy to work and be there. All said and done I thought that they did a magnificent job in all aspects of the selling process, which will make me a returning customer for my next vehicle! Thank you Jack Daniels Audi!
